I didn't like that room wasn't cleaned daily

The rooms were really clean and beds were comfy. Staff was very nice when needed items. Breakfast was a plus... Nice area.

I cannot express how disappointing my stay was at the Super 8 of Gainesville. Staff was not friendly. The room smelled like must. There was mold in the shower and even on a lampshade. We woke up with sore throats. There were ants all over the room, bathroom and even the beds. There was no maid service and the garbage had to be walked to the dumpster. Super 8 refused to give a refund and even lied about me not contacting them, though I have an email from them proving I contacted them the day after we left. They stated it was too late for them to refund because they have a 6 day window. Just all around a mess of a stay and very disappointed in their customer service. Orbitz however tried their best to rectify the situation but Super 8 refused to help in any way.

The hotel had bad odor. The breakfast was poor. The bathroom is clean and the bedroom.

The property seemed newly renovated. It was clean, comfortable and in a nice area. We were there to sleep before heading out again and we slept well.

No closet space to hang up clothes , for breakfast , no accommodation for or alternative for meat eater.... we hope in the near future there will be further updates

No pets. Found out at arrival! No refund and not helpful about another hotel

I had reserved a non smoking room. When I got there, I was told there was none available and I could go elsewhere. Being a busy week, I took what I could. The room stunk of smoke, the floors were sticky & I saw a bug on the end table. Bottom line, Orbitz was great, Super 8, not so good.

The property was okay. Could have been cleaner. Toilet would barely flush.

Please rest assured that the cleaning department has been alerted about this, so they can make sure that the facility will smell cleaner and fresher moving forward. I would also like to apologise about your experience with our staff. Though our own standards are very high when it comes to customer service. We will make sure to address this with the staff in question, to make sure that encounters with the guests are always handled tactfully. In regards to receiving a refund, perhaps there was an error on our end. We encourage those who wish for a refund to contact us as soon as they can.
