'This is a hidden gem in Gainesville. Wonderful staff, exceptional breakfast and clean rooms. Right next to 2 exceptional restaurants and pricing is good.

Shower tub was cracked and had mold on the faucet fixture. The remote to the TV would only work sometimes, but most of the time would not do anything but turn the TV on and off (so it wasn’t the batteries).

Bedding and pillows was excellent. We slept very comfortably. The coffee is the best I have ever tasted at a hotel. The Hotel is clean but under renovation at the moment. The atmosphere was still quiet and pleasant. Pet fee is a bit more here than other hotels we have used but not exorbitant.

Wait til they remodel!

I felt like I got the room that is next on the remodel list. The bath tub was gross as the faucet leaked. Electrical outlet at bedside falling out of the wall. The biggest disappointment was the reason I booked an unknown was the rating it had 8.2, when it's a 6
