The pictures were very deceiving. It looked new but the condition of the building left a lot to be said. I worked in hospitality for years and there is nothing good to say, except that the beds were comfy and clean. The bathroom reno was terrible, there was paint on our door. The door was super hard to open and close. The elevator looked awful and seemed it was going to break. There was a nice renovated area in the lobby but had caution tape all over so you could go in it. There were animals all over, chairs with legs up on the table in the breakfast area. My son left his airpods and we called within a few hours after leaving but they were never found or turned into Lost and Found. Will never stay in an hom hotel again.

This is clearly an old renovated building. Not a Wyndham hotel I’m familiar with. Never again will I trust that name brand. The beds were lumpy and very uncomfortable. They had some kind of kids bed wetting cover on the mattress making all kinds of noise just trying to lay on it. The pillows were also very uncomfortable and caused a muscle crick in my neck the first night. The first night we had late check ins happening at 1 am kids running up and down the hallways screaming. Night 1 no sleep. Night two was no different. The people above us checked in around 1 am and seemed to be having a party or rearranged their furniture. We heard that until 4 am and could not sleep because of it. Our room had no phone so I had to get dressed and walk down to the lobby to ask the reception to please do something about the ongoing noise at which point he said he could do nothing about it. The breakfast offering was poor quality also. Not a nearly 4 star hotel as orbitz claims. Not even close to it. I will stay booking with my Marriott and Hilton directly from now on. I should have never tried something new.

Room was very strange, supposed to be like a suite but the entry room is very large and mostly empty. Couch was filthy. Floor is very uneven and the room in general is very "Cold" feeling. AC in bedroom was not working. Shower tiles (baseboard tile) was coming off. Very low water pressure. Towels very small and thin. Won't stay there again.

I like how clean it was, however I didn’t like that the house keeper just walked right into my room while we were sleep. Didn’t knock or anything. But later apologized and said she didn’t know anybody was in. Perhaps maybe management can do better in that department. Otherwise everything was 5 stars! Will stay again!

Room was very strange, supposed to be like a suite but the entry room is very large and mostly empty. Couch was filthy. Floor is very uneven and the room in general is very "Cold" feeling.
