Could not get in and not clean

First we could not get into the condo; the code would not work on the door key pad. We could not download the app; my phone is a work phone. We used the backup key for the door all week. When we did get in, the condition of the condo was not great. The floors had not been vacuumed, and the carpet had stains all over the place. We tried to use the vacuum in the closet and it did not pick up it just moved the dirt around. We called Evolve manger about the problem and asked to have a vacuum dropped off. That was done but I had to repair the hose on unit first. The kitchen was well stocked; some of the drawers need to be put back on track. Linens / towels in good supply. Most rooms need paint. We had booked the condo because it was very close to a friend's place up the street, and everyone was thinking that it could be used in the future for a overflow backup place. Sorry to say that will probably not happen. This was not equal to the pictures of the website shown when it was staged.
