The kitchenette features a tiled counter and backsplash for easy cooking, plus a full-size refrigerator with an icemaker to store leftovers from your local culinary adventures. There is also a dishwasher, cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hand mixer, and microwave. You can enjoy swimming in the shared outdoor pool all throughout your stay.

The Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island features stores and restaurants You can enjoy right on the shore, just over two and a half miles from the house. If you want to get even closer to the ocean, sign up for tours and fun ocean trips at Crab Island Watersports and Power Up Watersports, both just over two miles away. For folks that like to stay more inland, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone is just over two and a half miles away by car and offers bumper boats, and a ropes course.

Dock details: There is a dock available to guest as well as a private boat slips available. Guests must have boat insurance to use the boat slip and fill out the necessary paperwork. Please be aware that Pirates Bay does not have a boat launch. There are three options to launch a boat: Liza Jackson Park (Self-service/free; 338 Miracle Strip Parkway, Fort Walton Beach), Fort Walton Boat Yard (cost varies by boat size, call for more information; 32 Miracle Strip Pkwy SW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548), and Legendary Boat Marine (cost varies by boat size; 12 Miracle Strip Pkwy SW, Fort Walton Beach).

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
