FLOORPLAN
⭐The Master bedroom includes a King bed with an adjustable bed base (yes, seriously), comfortable bedding, a large flat-screen TV, direct access to the beach/pool, and a walk-in closet. The Master bathroom is across the hall and features his and her sinks with granite countertops, a spacious walk-in shower with oversized showerheads, and a freestanding soaking tub that is complimented by a stunning Arctic white stone wall. You will absolutely love this bathroom!

⭐The 2nd Guest bedroom is a few steps down the hall and has a King bed with an adjustable bed base (yes, seriously again), large flat-screen TV, a private exit to the beach/pool, and amazing views of the Gulf. The connecting bathroom includes a granite countertop vanity and a new walk-in shower with oversized showerheads.

⭐Our 3rd Guest bedroom features a custom-built Twin over Queen bed, a reading area, a vanity/desk, and a flat-screen TV! And of course....a sliding glass door with another access to the beach/pool. Across the hall from this bedroom is the completely updated full bath.
⭐Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors make up an entire wall in the living area and open directly to one of the large furnished patios. The dining area is complemented nicely with a beautiful dining table that has seating for 6. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and a gorgeous tile backsplash and comes with all the cookware and dishware you need to prepare your favorite family meals together. The living room is nicely decorated with soft and calming colors and all-new furniture including a sofa sleeper. You will love winding down after a day at the beach in this living room and loving every minute of it! A top-of-the-line Samsung washer and dryer are located in a custom laundry room for your convenience. No detail was spared at this stunning condo!

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing and laundry packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property does provide Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Parking passes are provided for 3 vehicles. You will have access to one reserved spot in the west tower parking garage that is covered by the use of a key fob. All other vehicles will park in the uncovered lot which is first come, first serve.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Typically, you can find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas at our condo for your enjoyment. This is a leave one, take one setup, so we do not guarantee what will be available upon arrival. Complimentary beach service is not included with the condo. If you would rather rent beach chairs, that is also an option! The resort offers beach service for an additional $65/per day, per set-up. More details will be provided after the booking is complete.

POOL / HOT TUB / GRILL
⭐ There are 2 pools and hot tubs at this resort complex available for guest use. Don't forget about the community grills available for use as well! No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info.

SECURITY
⭐ In an effort to protect the security of our Homeowners and Guests, the resort does have Surveillance Camera throughout the resort grounds. If you touch or tamper with the cameras or cause any issues, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
