Like the pool and beach service for food, beverages, umbrellas and loungers on the beach. Beautiful clean units and all with magnificent views.

Gorgeous beach, family friendly, froendly staff, GREAT FOOD

We came in January and really like our room better the first time this time our room was literally right above bar/grill and we could smell it all the time. I also reached out and said it would be my birthday and the email response was like oh for you special day you can purchase extras... like no. We plan on coming back to Ft. Myers just most likely not this hotel. Also it's very kid friendly and my boyfriend and I don't have kids... It is in a good location and free breakfast is nice and staff at breakfast were friendly. We did really like the ping pong table and we threw around a football they had.

We loved everything the Pink Shell had to offer! Fun for all ages!:)

Our family of 3 just returned from a week at Pink Shell. It was exactly what we needed, a lowkey beachfront vacation. The staff is very friendly and the resort was always clean. Wish they had more activities and music at the Octopool but overall it was everything we needed. The sand at the beach was like white powder, never hot and easy to walk on. So much happening at the beach as well. You don't have to go far for water sports or tours (available at the Marina across the street). Loved the breakfast at Jack's! You can't leave without trying their chicken chimichurri, and the waffles are to die for. Chef John is great, thank you for sharing your chimichurri recipe with me! We had a car but only needed it mlm once. They have a tram (free) and trolley stop right out in front that can take you around the island. If you want a chill vacation this is the resort for you. We look forward to returning as a party of four next year!

The room and cleaning staff was excellent. The food and food choices was not for me.

We stayed in Captiva villa. The king bed was in a separate room from everything else which was great. Kitchenette and screened in balcony were also nice. There’s a $37 resort fee per day that I originally didn’t see in the fine print of the orbitz contract. Breakfast for 2 included daily. It was a buffet, very good. The pool is much smaller than expected and very crowded with kids. There was red stinky seaweed on the beach during our stay, so we didn’t stay at the beach. People claimed chairs at the pool by 6 am with towels. Most claimed chairs weren’t sat in all day. Food was just ok at the restaurant and pricy. Walking to other restaurants was 20+ minutes. I wish we’d brought bicycles. Waiters and staff very friendly. They could use more restaurants at the resort for variety. Overall 4 out of 5.

Pool and beach and amenities were great. Room was not as clean as one would expect for the price. There were Cheerios left on the floor and a beer can full of cigarette butts left on balcony.

Loved the onsite activities for the water. The ease of the water key bracelet was great too. Wish the restaurant had a better selection of food

Well maintained family friendly resort. Great location. The free tram to Times Square stops in front of the hotel.

Amazing family friendly resort. Great pools, activities, restaurants, bars and amenities.

Plenty to do. Great family resort. Walking distance to all of the acyion yet far enough away to get away.

We loved having the beach set up of chairs and umbrellas available everyday. Bongos, the pool bar and restaurant was very affordable and nice. Really the only downside was that there was not a nearby grocery store, if you didn’t have a car. The rooms have nice kitchenettes, but not many choices to use them.

Dear Kim, It is clear that you did not receive the overall “wow” experience that we are dedicated in delivering. For that, I am truly sorry.
