The service was great

Clean rooms,nice pool and beach.

While renovations after the hurricane continue I found the services and facilities beautiful and enjoyable

While it’s not fully recovered from Hurricane Ian, what is open is in good shape and the staff goes above and beyond in meeting your needs. The beach is gorgeous.

1st time at the property. Is clean, big, and right on the beach!!!

I really enjoyed the amenities. The staff were very courteous. I would have like to see more on-site activities for adults or older teens.

We had a great stay at Pink Shell! It was our third visit and everything was great, as usual. We spent most of our time at the pool and beach. We had breakfast at Jack’s every morning. This was the first visit that it was free for all guests; previously only 2 guests per reservation ate free so this was a great surprise. You would not believe how many options were offered for a free breakfast! We also had a few meals and drinks at Bongo’s. All items were tasty! Our favorites were the shrimp tacos and Key Lime Pie. We wish we could bring our dog :) but we will definitely be back!

Beautiful beach, great hotel and service. Highly recommended.

Beautiful resort, exceptional staff.

Quiet and convenient

This resort offered great amenities and dining options. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience.

Clean!! Great staff!! Great Amenities!!

Overall , it is a great place to stay

Comfortable rooms Exceptional location on the beach though the pool was refreshing.

I appreciated how family friendly this resort was from start to finish. It's very cute and easy to get around the campus. I thought the staff was extremely friendly. The room we had was well decorated and very clean. I thought the facility itself was very Florida, which made it fun for my daughter. I love that you can walk to a park and catch a trollee to Times Square area. The beach is beautiful, the food options were great, and the breakfast buffet was awesome. The only downside was the fitness center did not have water bottles or white towels - only paper towels and cold washcloths in a fridge to cool down with. Also, you could tell that no one was cleaning this fitness center, which is pretty gross since we're trudging through the pandemic. Also, I would have appreciated some more hand sanitizer stations and at least one hand sanitizer in the fitness center.
