We had to leave at 1 .30 a.m . The hotel is next door to the Tiki bar that works till early hours in the morning. Blasting music. The agent in the screen has no idea about the surroundings and said he cannot call the police as the bar has license to operate. Very disappointed.

I couldn't get enough change to do laundry. They provide a washer and dryer, but they wouldn't give me change to use their washer and dryer for 2 loads of laundry. There's no human to deal with in regards to check in and/or any problems you have. It's a computer that checks you in with some guy on a screen. The floors in our room were deplorable. Just walking around for like fifteen minutes in the room left your feet literally blackened. The beds were comfortable.

The customer service I received was the worst I've ever experienced. It was all through atv screen, he could barely speak English and lost his temper with me immediately. He went as far as to take his headset off and ignore me. I will never get a room from them again.

Housekeeping comes in every single day the rooms are very spotless the only thing I did not like about it was the fact that the free breakfast doesn't even start until 7:00 a.m. when most people go to work between 5:00 and 6:00 is when they want their coffee not at 7:00
