The tv would not work because it didn’t recognize that I was checked in. The Welcome screen said “No Guest Checked In”. The desk clerk tried several things in my room to correct it but could not and said I was checked in properly. We unplugged the tv several times and rebooted the entire system but it continued to display the same thing on the screen. Spectum Cable is their tv company. Either they did not program the tv properly or the desk clerk had not been instructed or taught how to correct the problem. I stay there about twice a year and usually have no incidents. I do not hold the desk clerk responsible… She spent a lot of time trying to fix it but couldn’t and told me there wasn’t anyone until the following day who could help. There was no manager on duty, just her. I never got upset with her and told her she didn’t need to give me a different room. I watched tv on my phone instead but had hoped to have more than a 3x5 inch screen for the evening. She was pleasant and tried diligently to be of assistance. No complaints with her effort. I can’t imagine that this was the first time this had happened and I wonder why it hasn’t been addressed by management or Spectrum before now?????
