The staff was nice. The property needs a grounds keeper. The vegetation is dying or dead or in poor condition. The room is also in poor condition. The staff were very accommodating. The location is perfect.

The property was gorgeous and had numerous pools and areas accessible for guests. It was perfect walking distance from the beach. Only complaint was I wish they’d offer a vacuuming service or provide a broom or more cleaning supplies since housekeeping doesn’t do those things.
Incredible location a block from the beach. Rooms are large, spacious, and clean.

The receptionist was impossible to understand with her accent. TV wasn't working and eventually a hotel managed to correct this. It then shut off half an hour later and wouldn't turn on at all
It's about half a block to the beach. You can't really see the beach from the hotel because there are larger buildings in the way, but it's a short walk. I had the chicken flatbread in the on-site restaurant and it was delicious.

I booked this hotel for my birthday when we got there ready to check in it’s took them like 30 minutes for someone to come to the front. Someone finally came to the front I said I wanted to pay in cash she said I still need to put $100 deposit with the my card I did so. When we got to the room the door handle to the room was broken. I did have a guest so I was under the impression that we had a pull out couch when we were ready to go to sleep around 3 am. There was no bed in the couch. We wanted to complain but again there was no phone in the room so there was no way for me to complain mind you I was having a birthday party so I had to leave as early as 7 o’clock in the morning so there was no time for me to complain I did not get back to my room until after like 12 they lock the restaurant area and you don’t have a real front desk so there was no way for me to complain. so the next morning I see that the ceiling is leaking so when it was time to check out which was that Sunday. I asked for a supervisor and I voice my complaint she said I need to call hotels.com so that hotels.com can call her and that they can send her an updated receipt so that I can get some money back due to the lack of the room. I’m still going through this battle right now because nobody is returning my call that hundred dollars that was post to be for deposit is now a charge. No one is returning my calls I’m leaving work to go there now. DONT STAY HERE!
The hotel is one block away from the beach. Super modern hands down 5 star hotel. Food was a bit pricey but overall great location. Nothing fancy just right. It you want to be in a small community very relax this is your place.
