Great Holiday Weekend spent here. Villa's are amazing, we had a beautiful, spacious and modern ocean view one bedroom villa, the jacuzzi tub was so relaxing. Pool bar, restaurant and activities were fabulous! We will definitely be back!

Solo Traveler trip. 5 days 1 bed room suite with Marina View 1 day of house keeping was included (2 days after my check in) they stock you with enough stuff that I didnt need more than that. This property is more like a resort/ vacation property. There were daily scheduled activities most of them free for guest. This hotel was enjoyed by families and couples. There is a kid activity area. Property is across the street from the beach, they provide you with towels and beach chairs. parking is reasonable and located under the hotel. Area is walkable to restaurants, and there is a 24/7 CVS right downstairs. There is also a plaza right downstairs with vendors, restaurants, etc. Water taxi is 2 blocks away and bike taxi's are available along the strip. Las Olas for night life is a 2 min drive on the strip behind the hotel. area was friendly, locals were friendly and even hotel guests and staff were friendly. never felt unsafe as a solo traveler. My only critique for the hotel would be to see about adding a few night activities for adult guests (maybe put the live band and salsa lessons on the 19th floor at night instead of the afternoon, or boozy bingo in the evening so that guests who dont want to leave the hotel at night can still have some fun. I would also recommend children free times at the pool, so that adults looking for a more adult time can have that. even if its just 2 hours at the end of the day a few times a week. otherwise, nothing about my stay was bad

Villa was very nice and clean. I liked the hotel only didn’t like the garage. Had to go around circle like 15X to get to it.

Location was great center to beach & restaurants. However, the hotel was confusing entering as there is no designatedbentrance but throught the garage. We also had issues with what we booked. We booked ocean view and double beds and the only had single beds no beach view. Would not stay here again.

The overall interior of the hotel was nice but the entrance was unimpressive as was the speed in which i was checked in. It took over 1 hr standing at the counter while 1 employee worked alone at leat half of that time. After another employee stepe out t to help the overwhelmed counter girl we began to be helped. Unfortunately this was also a disappointing experience as i was told my card didnt work and i couldn't use it. So i paid cash 1400 plus 150 deposit which i had to Barrow a card from somebody and pay them for their deposit. After getting to my room i checked my credit card accout and saw that i was charged the depost of 150 and the room total of $1412. So now ive paid 1412 cash plus 1412 on my credit card that did go through and 150 deposit cash ( to the person i Barrowed a card from) and put 150 on their card. But my card was also chared the 150. It all got worked out after spending another 30 min at the counter 2 other times but it was very very disappointing to spend my time and effort and stress during a vacation that should have been stress free.

Everything I needed was in the room. Everything I needed outside of the room was just steps away.

Under major renovation elevators were not working properly was told to use The stairs

Great spacious room, had a fully furnished kitchen, washer/dryer. across the street from the beach, but you could borrow towels and beach chairs from the pool area to take to the beach. During our stay, they were renovation some of the rooms (signs posted), the 2nd day of our stay (Friday) the noise was unbearable (due to jackhammers being used) and i asked the front desk if they could switch our room to a room above the noise, and i received a cold response "we don't do room switches after you check-in, and it says that the person that checked you in informed you of the noise", and the only reason i asked was because another guest on the same floor as me told me that they were getting a room switched due to the noise. So, I was forced to listen to jackhammers for the next few hours until my headache went away. but other than that. great hotel, we checked out the other floors and the reno's look great. Also the Elevators are slow as molasses when you call them. so if you arent so high up, just take the stairs. youll get there faster. avg wait time was about 2 mins. 3 out of 4 elevators were working. 1 was reserved for the construction crew working in the building.longest wait time for elevator was 8 minutes. Room Review Posted on Youtube. search for the hotel name with Villa 210 at the end

Room 108 was great! Hotel location was good. very clean.

Front desk unaccomodating inspite loud drilling due to construction. We ask to upgrade our standard room (expecting to pay more). We were traveling with our adult daughter who upon arrival asked for own space. We were told no. Following day we spoke with manager who said they couldn’t change after we checked in.

Excellent customer service, clean facility. Lots of activities at the pool. Hudge rooms.

problem with this hotel is there is no obvious way to enter the hotel or exit from a main lobby. You need to get into an old elevator and go thru the many parking decks to get outside thru alley ways and aged retail mall that resemble getting out of an airport into a rental parking lot. They need to improve the experience and take advantage of their location on the strip.

Not a resort but a nice, comfort beach hotel. Close to restaurants and every convenience you might need in a summer vacation. Great place and staff!

Great stay!!! Very clean!! I would stay again. Hotel is in a great central location.

Wonderful location, enjoyed the Water Taxi and Hugh Taylor State Park. Next visit I would not rent a car, the parking ramp was kind of a pain and by the time you pay for the ramp fee plus rental car itself it adds up to more than I would have paid for taxi service. Also the pool area was under construction so I would not return until that was reopened.
