Great place to stay mostly clean. We found a geico and a couple of roaches in the downstairs closet and kitchen area. But overall the property was clean and very cozy.

The property it self was nice!!!! The stay was awful! The house had a pungent dog urine smell as soon as you walk in the door!! Ants where everywhere in the house! The property owner has some kind of sound devices in the house. We could be sitting in the house talking loud and here comes a text or phone call. When ever we played our music the owner would call or send a text about excessive noise! Threatening to make us leave or have to pay a 500 dollar fine. We got so many phone calls we just started whispering to each other! Its was just awful! On the last night of our stay I received an email asking to extend our stay until 3pm for extra money of course. I paid the $75 dollars to only be greeted with the cleaning lady telling us we had to leave. It’s obvious that the property owner hadn’t informed his employee of the situation! I felt a little threatened due to the fact once I informed her about the extended stay! She left and brought her brother back to the door and they both tried to tell me we had to leave! I was so upset that I had to go back and forth with them about something that should have been communicated to them!!!! I had to pull up the receipt and email for them to read. It was just a situation that should have never happened especially the part where she went and got her brother. It made me very uncomfortable! I would never stay there again!

Perfect - except for maintenance issues

The property itself is great for a family or two couples. Clean, spacious and relaxing. Only problem we had is that they decided to do exteriors house painting and maintenance the very week or our stay. For most of the week we woke up to loud banging in the ceiling, builders suddenly appearing outside our bedroom window and able to see right in first thing in the morning and dirty water falling from the roofs - one time directly onto one of us as we were leaving. The team were understanding and gave us a refund of a certain number of days due to the inconvenience. But we would rather have had a flawless experience if we could have. I’m positive future guests won’t have the same issue now that the property is fully maintained.

It was really clean and spacious. We were only three people so it was very comfortable. Communication was excellent. Minor suggestions, the WiFi coverage is very poor upstairs, it becomes very critical when there are no TVs/cable in any of the rooms. The password for the Roku TV should be provided so other apps can be downloaded as there is no cable. Several bulbs were out most importantly in the kitchen and the front of the house. will be happy to stay again. The location was excellent for us near all major highways. Publix, CVS, Dunkin Donuts, gas stations all really close.
