I only needed hotel for one night. Traveled on to the Keys. However, it was a very nice hotel, close to Fort Lauderdale airport. Quiet neighborhood. Had a good night's sleep. Shuttle was great. Didn't have to pay for a taxi. I had a nice room. Loved the pool. Would stay again!

Hotel was very nice, near a Publix grocery store and several restaurants. We arrived around 11:00pm and asked where we could buy milk as I am on a liquid diet. The front desk clerk said we have milk and gave me enough for two drinks. I thought she went the extra mile and was very kind. Our room a mini suite was very comfortable. We used their shuttle from the airport and to the cruise ship. Everything was very smooth. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel met all expectations and more. The hotel staff was very friendly and informative.

I've stayed in several hotels in this area and have tended to be disappointed with one aspect or another. The Hyatt Place has a welcoming lobby/bar/breakfast area and friendly staff and a good breakfast for my tastes. The room I was given was right next to the lifts but I didn't hear them at all. What I did hear, however, was people talking in the corridor and that came through so loudly that I actually went to check that I'd properly shut the door. It wasn't a problem as such as I didn't notice anybody out there at night but the sound insulation could be better. Aircraft noise was also pretty noticeable from the (closed) windows. The room itself was huge with a couch area slightly separated off from the bed area, a reasonably large table and desk chair to work from, a small kitchenette area with sink and fridge and a cupboard with iron and ironing board etc. The bathroom was ok if not great. Bit of a squeeze to shut the door without climbing into the shower and, speaking of the shower, the shower head was (as usual in these parts I think) fixed to the wall at a fairly low height meaning that I had to crouch under it somewhat. The design of the shower door was also somewhat odd in that it's split into two sliding parts, one of which is designed to be opened from the outside and the other from the inside. A bit awkward but not to worry. Parking was charged at $7 per day and while there are certainly other hotels that charge more, I tend to feel it's not really justified at all. There's plenty of parking around the hotel and I didn't see any signs saying it was private parking, nor was I given anything to put in the car to show I'd paid for the parking. Overall, I'd say the hotel does a pretty good job across the board and offers decent value for money for this area.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful hot breakfast with many different choices for food. The staff at the restaurant was very cordial and accommodating. Easy check-in and check-out.

This hotel was nice and is centrally located. I would stay here again.

Good price but not much more. Friendly staff and clean room. $huttle to cruise port was convenient.

We've stayed with Hyatt Place quite a few times and our experience with this hotel chain is consistent. We stayed at this particular location for one night and it was great. The bed was confortable. The room is big and clean and the room configuration is similar to other Hyatt Place locations that we stayed in the past. Good location with several restaurants near by and is about 2 couple miles from the FLL airport. We had to leave earlier in the morning for our flight so we didn't use the free shuttle service and morning breakfast this time. The front desk was kind enough to arrange a cab for us.

The Hyatt Place was a great hotel with great service. The resturant accross the street was fantastic. The room was elegant and spacious. We woke rested and fully charged for our Bahama Vacation.

I was surprised this hotel only had 3 stars when I walked in! It was so nice and clean and the staff was so nice and hospitable. The rooms were so big and up to date I actually checked my bank account because I couldn't believe I didn't have to pay more to stay there! Our first night we had some noisy neighbors but the staff was so nice and accommodating they helped us right out so we slept like babies the second night. I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for making this work trip feel like vacation!

The location, amenities and local area make this the ideal overnight stay before taking a Cruise from Port Everglades.

My recent stay at the Hyatt couldn't have been better. Staff was responsive - polite - welcoming. My room was as requested - clean - and comfortable. What a great value in a great location.

The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient and the location could not be better, close to shops, restaurants and bars and only a few minutes transfer to the port.

Hyatt Place gives a very consistent & decent experience at a reasonable price. Whether we're travelling in Connecticut or Florida, we know we will treated well at a HP.

Clean large room in very convenient location for price. Next to grocery, shops, restaurants....

Great location near cruise port and adjoining a shopping complex with good restaurants. Best bed I have had in a long time. Staff was friendly and attentive. Complimentary breakfast was more than adequate. Shuttle service from airport was prompt. Take a cab to the ship for a much less price than the port shuttle arranged by the hotel.

Very nice hotel, would stay there again. The room was large & open. Only complaint was the coffee bar downstairs was very over priced.

For long stays you can't beat the price and quality rooms and service.

Stayed before going on a cruise. Nice and clean and very close to the cruise port. Shuttle to cruise port was reasonably price and we were the only ones on the 10:30 shuttle so we got a super short trip there.

The room was quite large and 4 of us all slept very comfortably between the big king bed, the sofa sleeper, and then the remaining part of the very large couch! This was a big surprise. Breakfast was also good and very much appreciated given it's expensive to travel with a family of 4!
