Overall, pour dtay was very nice. Tthe property was near the vCruise Ship terminal and the hotel provided free shuttle service to the airport. The hotel and our room was neat and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We realize that check-in time is 3 pm and we arrived about 6 hours early and knew we had to wait until our room was ready but rather than expedite our room's cleaning, we were made to wait until 3 to check-in. Fortunately the pool was open and the day was warm and sunny. After checking in we noticed that the cover to our HVAC unit was loose and rattled. A maintenance person was called and came while we walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner. Upon returning, the unit still rattled less but the carpet by the unit and around the bed was wet with water. A call to the front desk assured us that someone would come to check it out but no one came. Had it not been for these issues, the hotel would have received all 5 stars.

We absolutely loved our stay. We were a little worried because of the reviews were very 50/50. This place is great! It’s clean, the breakfast is great, the staff is friendly, and the pool area is very nice. There is everything to do around the hotel and Totally walking distance. Our only complaint is to pay daily for parking, but $10/day is cheap for the area (we looked!) we will absolutely be coming back to stay here again! Amazing experience! (October 2025)

We enjoyed our stay. When we arrived and requested for a airport shuttle, the shuttle came in a reasonable time. Dining options are walking distance and some open really late(Chipotle). Breakfast while selections not much it fulfilled the necessary requirements to fill the stomach. The location is excellent if you came there for the cruise port.

Checking in with super slow after a long flight, got put in a room that had an awful odor, but luckily they were able to change our room then the AC wouldn’t go down below 66 and slept hot all night. The beds were super uncomfortable.
