Staff was very friendly and made an effort to have our rooms ready early. Rooms were clean and spacious. Great hotel for the price.

We were not told that the hotel is under construction. One reason we got this hotel was we wanted to park our car and leave it at the hotel during our cruise. Construction began at 7 AM. We had to drive to another lot during our cruise.

Overall ok, but overpriced. And a really slow Internet connection.

Fine hotel for a layover before or after a cruise. Comfortable, clean and a value. Good transportation network too.

The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly.

Hotel is very convenient, about 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the cruise port. We stayed the night before sailing. The hotel gets a lot of traffc and it shows in some areas. Overall the lobby and rooms are bright and modern. In one of our rooms, the previous guests had caused the bath to overflow and the carpet was wet outside the door. We reported this when leaving for the afternoon and they had vacuumed the area and dried it by the time we goot back. Very responsive! The breakfast is very basic there's enough food to get you started for the day. At the right price point, this is a good choice.

VERY SHORT STAY, ARRIVAL 12:30 A.M. GOING ON A CRUISE 10:30 A.M. COMFORTABLE ROOM, HOTEL NEEDS SOME TLC......... SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT! TRANSPORTATION FROM AIRPORT TO HOTEL, COMFORTABLE CLEAN BED, BREAKFAST COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER QUALITY BUT, EXCELLENT SERVICE, TRANSPORT TO THE SHIP .... ALL ON SCHEDULE THAT'S ALL WE NEEDED, WE WOULD GO BACK ANY TIME!

Spent the night to go to the boat show. Staff was professional and accommodating, facilities very nice, breakfast above average for what you typically get with your room. My only complaint was the softness of the beds as I like a firm mattress.

This was a perfect spot for an over night before the cruise. 15 min from airport and less to the cruise port. Special added value, was the great breakfast buffet, with room, we where not expecting this, Staff great, very clean and we will stay here again.

The desk person was very unprofessional in which I wrote a complaint to Hotel. The shuttle driver, Maria, was very professional, friendly, and helpful. The desk person yelled at Maria right in front of us for helping us. Maria would do great as the desk person and the desk person would do great as a custodial, in my opinion. The towels in the bathroom were stained, and the drain catch on the sink faucet was ripped and at first glance, I thought it was a "private part" piece of hair. The location to the cruise ships is very close but still need to us the shuttle service. I give the shuttle service an A PLUS.

I was positively surprised about this hotel. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Even the locations was very central, it was not noisy at all. I can really recommend this hotel.

the hotel is very close to the airport. The first day and a half we had no internet access and we had to call the front desk several times. They had a technician come out to help fix the problem, eventually we had to change rooms. Room 209 is not the room to be in. Breakfast was good, had a variety of things to choose from. we rented a car so it was pretty easy to get around. the rooms were clean and that was one of the most important things to me.

The hotel itself was fine, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the location, and the rooms were clean, the bedding comfortable. The only thing that bothered us was the hotel is right next to the water purification plant. So while you stood outside waiting for your shuttle or taxi, the odor was almost enough to run you back inside. Not the hotels fault, but still, I made my husband wait outside for everything. haha.

Room was perfect, bed was great, nice and quiet, staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to be helpful, great free hot/cold breakfast, shopping and eateries close by, convenient (cheap) trolly to beach or additional shopping, short walk to water taxi. A great, reasonably priced hotel. We will be staying there again.

It is close to Port Everglades, and many restaurants within walking distance. Free pick-up from the airport is ok; free breakfast is great. Taxi to the port costs less than $15.

The location is fanatastic. This hotel has free shuttle sevice to and from the airport. It also has continental breakfast. There is a beach nearby. Also, there is a wine and liqour store at a couple of minutes walkiing distance with fair prices.

Between the beach and downtown a perfect inexpensive place to get some work done and head to the beautiful beach.Buffet breakfast was the best among midprice chains. A clean, well appointed hotel with fantastic staff. A big thanks to Lucretia who put me in the quietest room as requested. I'll be back again next November.

FT. LAUDERDALE CONV CTR-CRUISE has very good service, courteous, clean, comfortable and well located.

Cons Bathtub was not very clean Has only one computer as Internet center A call to the front desk was done for one item and never was delivered to the room Pro Excellent location Shuttle to the airport

Excelent location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to transportation to beach either by trolly, bus or taxi( 5-10 mins drive).Great continental breakfast.Super comfy room. Overall, better than expected.
