The staff was very friendly, but the room felt dated. We stayed for two nights, and they forgot to clean our room; we had to ask for fresh towels. Overall, it was okay, but we don’t think we’d stay there again—next time we’d choose a different place

Check-in was smooth, room is large and comfy. Perfect for a night before our cruise. I would not stay 1 week for a vacation but for 1 night its totally ok. Room is clean, spacious. Breakfast is simple but ok.

Room 545 extremely smelled, both floor and carpet were sticky. Room was very spacious. Bathroom and shower areas were very clean. Breakfast was ok and the servers were very polite and helpful. Used only the Airport shuttle from the hotel to the airport, shuttle floor was very dirty. Should remind people to book the shuttle on advance and print it on the provided leaflet when people checked in.
