Firstly front desk took forever also the room was not as the photos were displayed the rug was filthy the water in the tub would not go down I thought I was about to drown the TV was fuzzy it was not up to standard for the price paid there were no bathing towels available in the room add only coffee and package oats what’s for breakfast it was my first time staying at your hotel living your mobile and it was not a pleasurable stay
The breakfast was terrible and they made me pay for a double bed and they gave me a king bed. So disappointed
I got very ill and was unable to make my reservation. I would’ve been content to move my reservation to the following week because I have to be there again this coming week. I spoke to three different people from the hotel. All of them told me sorry there’s nothing we can do. And would not refund even part of my reservation. I continued getting the runaround Orbitz telling me I need to speak with the hotel the hotel telling me I need to speak with Orbitz. I would’ve been willing to take even a partial reimbursement but was advised that’s not an option either. I travel quite a deal with my new position in my new career and will make sure that I never stay at an extended stay America even though it is the closest hotel to where I am going due to this situation

It was peaceful and beautiful the staff was very nice I give thumbs up....
I've done a lot of traveling and I honestly can say that this was the worst hotel that I ever stood at. No maid service at all. Only if you stay more then 10 days if not there is a fee of $ 10 dollars. The front desk staff was unprofessional and rude. Someone from the front desk came to my room looking for payment! When I ask why? I was told " That's how we do things here! " The rooms were dirty they smelled and had bedbugs.
The front desk staff were amazing. Shannon was especially great taking care of all my needs. Can’t beat it for the price.
Room was double book and given to somebody else. Finally they gave us a room with one full bed for 5 of us. No tv was working. Nothing in kitchen. Very dirty. Breakfast was just coffee and bars but those too were not available after first 30 mins of opening.

The bed sheet was worn out the room does not get clean unless you pay an extra $10, the kitchen was convenient, but you have to go to front desk to get the dishes that was dusty, for the price we could do better.

My stay was horrible my car was vandalized . There was a total of 7 cars that was vandalized.Extended stay is so cheap they didn't even have camera . It so sad it's a nice place so I thought.
