There was a leak in the bathroom of the fiRst room we were assigned to. It was a fifty dollar taxi ride from the airport. The staff was incredible, but there was only So much they could do!

I was in town for a conference. The staff was very accommodating, and polite. They suggested restaurants to go to and sights to see. The only negative about the room was the bathroom fan was loud.

Was in a great location, room was clean, staff was very helpful.

It's what you expect for an average chain hotel. We weren't in it long stretches of time but it did it's job

The overall hotel service was great. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is perfect as it was many attractions and shops close by and it's right by the freeway with provide easy travel.

I had an awesome stay at this hotel. No complaints from me

The staff were really friendly, the room was big with the kitchen fully load, you have a little mall just near the hotel, with restaurants fast food, la fitness.. And just near the 95 so was convenient for me, recomanded

it was good i like the stay there everythang in the room was nice and clean

Outside of being located in a convenient location, this was not a good experience. I requested a quiet room and got one next to an elevator. Wifi didn't work for my smartphone and had to call their support line. Room was dirty. Carpets were stained, shower curtain was covered in old conditioner, no ice, only one fork, spoon etc,. The "grab and go breakfast" was a joke. At 8am, I found one apple and a single oatmeal pack. No milk, no juice, no cereal...more like a snack bar ( if that). Bad room design. Bed was right on top of the ac unit. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Nice hotel, staff is great, good restaurants nearby by car.A little too busy traffic area for me.

The kitchenette was well stocked with utensil and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The only two negatives I found were a noisy a/c heat unit and the additional fees for anything 'extra'.

This was a very nice hotel. Great time with my wife

The staff were really friendly and helpful but I just wasn't impressed with the condition of the rooms. I checked into two "non smoking" rooms that each still smelled like cigarettes. No shower caps or ice machine available to guests.

The so-called breakfast was a joke. Granola bar, stale muffin. instant oatmeal, but NO MILK. Coffee was good. The room was OK, seemed clean, out of a 9 day stay, maid service was only ONCE. Not enough. The bed was HARD AS A ROCK...pretty uncomfortable. Some of the staff were friendly, others weren't. Most nights the hotel was quiet...but twice, the night staff person let their screaming 5 yr old run up and dawn the halls SCREAMING at the top of his lungs and her YELLING after him at 11 pm and 3 AM!!

Quiet, well lit hallways and comfortable rooms with kitchenettes. Exercise equipment could be updated but the 3 machines I tried all were functinal. Very helpful staff. Only a third mile from a favorite restaurant, Sweet Tomatoes. Good coffee and fruit, but rest of breakfast was packaged, e.g. granola bars.

The staff was so helpful! We had just left the worst beach-front motel I have ever been to, and the staff here saved the day! They stored our luggage, gave us a 20% off coupon for a great little 50's diner down the street, and then had our room ready a bit early. The room was so comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was perfect and if we had needed to stay here longer it would have been so handy. The guest laundry was great too, since we had just come from the beach and a dirty motel we wanted to wash all the clothing that had touched it. It is located in a business district, so it would be great for those traveling for work. We didn't rent a car, so the cab rides to/from here was pricey. There are a number of restaurants about a mile or two away. We walked, but it was a hike. I'm not sure where a store is (if you wanted to stock the kitchen). You should rent a car if you stay here.

Nice.Just don't check-in when day staff not there.

The hotel was good, clean and conftable room! Good! But there no easy transportation on the area, and the hotel staff don't know to give directions to restaurants and amenities closer to the hotel.

This is a really nice hotel at a great price. I stayed there to meet some friends who were staying in a near-by hotel that was a LOT more expensive. This one had a full kitchen, didn't seem crowded (like a lot of suites do), and is *right* next to the turnpike and I95. The only thing that would make it better would be if internet was included in the price (even if it made the price the equivalent amount more). Being nickel-and-dimed at hotels is more irritating for me than just paying a small amount more. MUCH cheaper hotels have free internet and parking (this one DID have free parking).

Surprisingly quite. i will recommend it to the la crosse team in central florida.

Although you liked our associates, we are disappointed to know that we did not live up to our typical standards, and we are truly sorry your stay was anything less than exceptional. We hope you will consider giving us another chance to prove we are up to the task of delivering excellent service and accommodations. Sincerely, General Manager
