Everything was clean and rooms were updated except the bathrooms. Love the full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Complimentary breakfast gave lots of options and was always replenished. The only thing that was frustrating was not being able to check in early (even though the room was ready) without paying an additional fee. I understand charging a fee prior to noon but the front desk agent told us anything before the usual 4pm check in would incur a fee.

Rooms and hotel very clean. Breakfast is very good. Only frustrating thing is only 1 elevator for staff with laundry carts etc and guests to use for whole hotel and we were on 5th floor so lots of additional exercise using stairs otherwise long waits.

Experience was good overall. But the elliptical in the gym was old, corroded, and tremendously noisy. It should have been taken out of service years ago. I complained to Best Western last year about it. They acknowledged my complaint, but obviously the elliptical was not replaced.

Staff was excellent and room was clean. We got up in the morning to get breakfast and when we got back to our room (before checkout time) it was locked and we had to get a new key. Turned out that this had happen to other people on our floor.
