Great location in pompano Beach

Wonderful place to stay for extended period. We spent 5 weeks here and truly loved every moment. The location is perfect. You can walk to beaches, restaurants, fishing pier. Having on site management made the stay that much better. Scott and Marie made sure everything was perfect. It’s an old building but very well maintained and very clean. Weekly pot luck gatherings are organized and a great way to get to know folks. Highly recommended!!!

We booked based on location - the 5 minute walk to the beach is so great! And the bed was incredibly comfortable - we slept like babies!! Absolutely wonderful hosts - kind, welcoming, and accommodating as we extended our stay by a few days! Yes, we enjoyed it this much!! The kitchen is very small, definitely just for one person at a time. Stocked with the basics. Enjoy your stay!!

Our room was clean and comfortable; the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. There is also a grill available for guests. The location is outstanding! The beach is a five minute walk and for longer walks, the Fisher Family Pier is an ideal place to see pelicans. The weekly gatherings were a fun opportunity to meet other guests. The property managers, Scott and Marie, are onsite and available to promptly take care of routine maintenance issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay at 3 Palms.

Alles war perfekt ….100% zum weiterempfehlen!!!

Das Appartement ist sehr sauber, sehr hell und super eingerichtet. Zum Strand geht man 5 Minuten , ins Zentrum 20 Minuten…. Alles in allem war alles perfekt, sollten wir mal wieder in die Nähe von Miami kommen würden wir auf alle Fälle diese Anlage wieder buchen!!!
