The hotel staff was rude, there were charges that were not mentioned when booking, the towels in the bathroom were dirty, the shower door wouldn't stay shut. They had something going on in the middle of the hotel downstairs and I was woken up by someone screaming in a microphone after 9pm. I asked for a mountain view, it was a mountain view by way of the projects.

Fully under construction. New room, no hot water, phone wouldn't stop ringing, one working outlet. It will be good just a rough stay right now.

The room was spacious and nice EXCEPT the deep stains on the box spring mattress The staff were very nice and gracious, We were disappointed in the Wi-Fi fee. A hotel this nice should not be offering a Free connection without being a "member". The exterior was clean & manicured

As the Mother of the Groom at the hotel designated for the wedding, I was very pleased with everything and how everyone was treated during the weekend.

It was great and i had visit my son who study @CSU

My fiance and I checked in to the hotel on our wedding night. We were completely exhausted from the big day and ready to treat ourselves to a relaxing, luxurious experience. The Hilton delivered everything we could have asked for and more, from the late-night room service to the hot tub being open until midnight to the delicious breakfast. It is a beautiful hotel with great amenities.

Great Service and Comfortable room. Used the shuttle to go downtown, nice to not have to find parking. Overall, very nice stay.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of the old town area near the CSU campus. It's just a few minutes away from the historic downtown area and the various shops, restaurants and bars. It's well run and the staff is very courteous. Highly recommended.

Convenient, clean, comfortable, with friendly service.

Very close to CSU campus... Nice Hotel.. clean rooms.. great staff... good food... great price... everything you need for a comfortable stay while visiting your college student.

Above average. Cool design. Step into the 90s and offer free wifi. I mean even McDonald's has free wifi

Our stay at the Hilton was very comfortable. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. Being located just off College Street, the remainder of the town was very accessible and easy to explore.

Hotel was chosen because of distance to event (within walking distance). Room was clean and nice. Staff were friendly and polite.

Nice hotel right by campus. Lobby/atrium is very nice. Room was good size and very clean. Bed was very soft and AC did it seem tonget very cool

beautiful hotel, loved all the extra services, very professional staff.

The lobby and staff are lovely. It's a fun place to walk into thinking "Wow, I get to stay here!" BUT... the rooms aren't anything more special than a Holiday Inn. The pool was too cold and the hot tub was too hot. And we had to pay for breakfast on top of the $300 room. Overall, I prefer La Quinta. The staff was very helpful though, and they have a free shuttle to old town so you can enjoy dinner and drinks without worrying about the drive back.

good location. friendly staff. average service and amenities. noisy both in terms of pople in the hallways and close location to train tracks. this detracted a lot from value for money equation.

The hotel is very nice throughout the lobby area. It also has a starbucks in the lobby, which was convenient. The rooms had nice baths. The room setup was a little odd as the couch was in the same wall as the tv.

The Hilton Fort Collins is always great. The location can't be beat if you are visiting CSU. I would have liked free internet, but the business office was just fine, Will definitely stay here next time.

Vey good. Large room, very comfortable bed. Two TV's. Starbucks coffee downstairs.
