We paid for executive suite of happy hour and breakfast. They are not offering these services any more.
Gave us the wrong room, as we had ordered a king size bed on the 7th floor and they gave us a queen on the 2nd floor. Also charged us 2x for the $50 deposit!!! Still has not reversed both charges!!! 😤😤😤.
When we walked into the large atrium lobby, we were pleasantly surprised at how open, spacious, and serene the atmosphere was! It was absolutely lovely, as was the lobby restaurant. The staff from top to bottom was extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. Also our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. A mini fridge and/or microwave would have been nice, but it did come with the usual hotelroom coffeemaker. The pillows were too squishy and the water pressure in the shower was weak, but overall we loved this quiet gem and will definitely stay there again when we come back!

A very nice place to stay. Very clean and everyone was very friendly. Plus the convenience of having a coffee shop right in the hotel was a nice bonus. Our only issue was with some kids from the Crowley Foundation that were running up and down the stairs directly next to our room late at night letting the door slam shut. We did not bring it to the hotel staffs attention so I can’t fault them for not handling that. Overall a very good experience and I will be booking again upon our next visit.
Check-in was easy and the staff was super friendly. It’s a wonderful location if you want to explore the CSU campus. Rooms are clean and the bed is REALLY comfortable. The indoor pool is small and has no indoor seating, so it’s awkward if you’re wanting to watch your kids swim and not get in. A portion of the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke really badly. My kids loved the glass elevator.
I love staying at this hotel. I do wish you had refrigerators in the rooms, and I wish the dining area would be open later. Everything else was excellent!
It was my grandsons first hotel stay - he lived the glass elevator .
Room was hot temp set to 67 and it got up to 75 no fridge in rooms. Ice machine on floor was broken. Some stains on bed
They charge for parking, said they gave me a discount to half the parking rate. How generous. First time I’ve been charged to park in a hotel’s guest parking lot. Also, the hotel rents it’s downstairs spaces out for large conferences, weddings, receptions, etc so the downstairs area can become very crowded, busy, and loud. When excessive amounts of people weren’t there the downstairs common facilities like eating areas with tables & chairs, television watching area, etc were nice and we used them for family meals, games, etc.
They were understaffed. Our room was dirty. The service was slow and the food from the restaurant was really bad. Our bathroom had hairs in the bathtub.
Lobby looks very nice. Could not get into parking lot because of automatic gates with very poor instructions. Finally parked on street and walked to front desk. They were limited in their ability to communicate on how to enter parking. Charged for on site parking. Entry gates not all operational. Ice machine was ok. Soda vending machine out of order. No refrigerator in room unless we wanted to pay extra to have one brought in. No microwave. Just not impressed at overall experience.
The property was clean and service was good. It wasn’t a luxury property but served my needs as it was within walking distance from CSU. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. I did eat dinner there one night also, but the food was just average.
Great location next to campus. Nice rooms and common areas.
