First floor has all important amenities and is accessible with no stairs, including a roll in master shower. Enjoy morning and evening walks and views on the golf course pathways, and nights under the stars with a warm blanket. Plenty of room for a large family, basketball in the driveway, trampoline, and a separate living room with foosball and kitchenette downstairs for kids. The Country Club offers guests access to the private swimming pools, pickleball, gym, mini golf, and clubhouse. This is a 30 day rental minimum and is available at a negotiated rate below the nightly rate; inquire with the owner-operator to discuss terms. Dates are negotiable and flexible.
