This is a tired property. The pool was out of order, the breakfast stopped at 9:00 and the breakfast room was a dirty mess. The jets on the jaccuzzi were filthy and the curtains in the room looked like they'd been torn off and re-attached. Simply not being run or maintained like a good hotel should be.
The property was average. The pool was closed due to maintenance is what the sign said, however, it looked like it hasn't been operational all summer with no repairs going on. The ice machine was inoperable as well. It too, looked like it hasn't been working for months.

Property told us upon arriving that we would need an additional $150 deposit. No where did it state that. As soon as you walk in the door as it smells of mold. Bathrooms were not clean and floors were filthy. Asked for additional bedding for the pull out bed and they told us they have no blankets just sheets.

Property smelled like mold. Also the smell of marijuana was throughout the hotel. The curtains in the room had something smeared all over them. Check out attendant was on his phone the whole time and used profanity with every sentence he said. Very unprofessional.
Hotel was okay. Our room was not cleaned well. For example the bathroom mirror still had toothpaste spots and the window was smeared with something on the inside. The AC barely worked and the room got stuffy.
The cleaning staff are terrible. I have no confidence that they cleaned any surfaces. They left dirty towels behind in my room after “cleaning” it. Plus the floor of the elevator looks like it was transplanted their from a New York subway.
We get there and they tell us that they have our reservation however the rooms are dirty ! Wasted our time and we had to find somewhere else to stay. Very unprofessional
After I paid and went up to my room I found out the AC did not work. Went back to the front desk to change rooms, no more were available. Spoke to a young lady at the front desk the next day. She said my credit card was not charge. My bank says otherwise. Don't stay here. Terrible service.
Arrived at check-in and was told a later time than was advertised. Came back later in the evening and was turned away stating they had room to fulfill my reservation because the rooms open were unclean or out of service.
