Front Desk employees were gracious, courteous. Problem: I had to move the coffee part to another part of the room to connect it. Where it was stationed, on the microwave, there was no way to connect the cord to the nearest wall plug. (This was the wheelchair access room, which they let me use even though I didn't need that kind of room.)
Heat in room didnt work, shower had mold, room was vlean but slso had two microwaves sitting on each other. Strange.
Pool was closed till further notice, bathroom floor dirty. Room was OK with new large TV and clean. Hellacious walk to ice machine in separate building on second floor.
