Poor customer service experience. Over a period of the days, room service never came to clean or exchange towels/washcloths because they were, " washing them all" . Couldn't take a descent shower or bath because of low water pressure. And poor management from Angela. The whole experience ruined my vacation so definitely will not be returning.

Stayed one night on 5-23-19. So disappointed. Bad quality and poor customer service- they need better management. The franchisee is being lazy. Overpriced overated and overhyped. poorly run. Bad beds. VERY POOR SLEEP QUALITY. Beat up spongy lousy OLD mattresses that have not been changed out since they opened. Owners and managers seem to be lazy. This is supposed to be a quality property but it's a fake. only one lousy elevator. hard to get in and out of hotel. Guest laundry is awful- the washign machine took almost $4 in quarters and never worked. When you complain to front desk they just shrug their shoulders and say "o well" . The management needs to do a better job. UPGRADE THE FURNITURE AND PUT IN NEW QUAITY FIRM MATTRESSES. Management and staff are arrogant and spoiled- too used to gamblers comming in and spending money like drunken sailors too used to their guests tolerating low grade service. A waste of my hard earned money. This fairfield inn is a shining example of why the marriot brand is sagging. I will won't be staying here again for a long time, ZERO VALUE FOR THE HIGH PRICE!. Morover- this is atmore - with exception of the casino -poor food options. a hick town with no decent food beyond greasy fast food joints. A bad stay-bad for my back (lousy matttress) and bad for my stomach (unhealthy nasty food). Sorry to be so negative but weary travelers need to show solidarity and get the truth out about these overrated hotel chains that don't live up to the hype. Marriot is becomming such a brand.

First things first! Nice hotel, great location and large rooms. Should’ve been a five star, however please please remember this name Angela Carter. She presently serves as the hotel manager. For what it’s worth she is by far the worst manager I have ever had to deal with while staying at ANY Marriott property worldwide. My travels and business takes me all over the country and other continents. And I definitely prefer a Marriott property because of the consistency in service and quality; and yes I’m a loyal rewards elite member. However after canceling two rooms on a three night stay, two weeks in advance. And then rebooking two separate rooms for the same dates at 823.00 She still charged my credit card on file 729.00 Yes 729.00, for the rooms I canceled two weeks before the actual stay. After speaking with her she promised that the money would be refunded immediately. Well let’s say this, after getting corporate involved my money, nights and reward points were finally given back 3 weeks later (this week). In addition she constantly sent me, my wife and corporate, YES corporate to voicemail several times. And she even refused to take my calls on some days. In my opinion she’s too irresponsible and trifling to be considered a manager of anything on any level. Furthermore the practices at this hotel are somewhat shady? After submitting a credit card authorization form, which clearly stated NOT to submit a photo copy of your credit card. She (Angela) and her associates insisted that I do so. I had to advise them to look at the bottom of THIER form as a reference as to why I was NOT faxing a photo copy of my credit card to them. Lastly I NEVER NEVER EVER received a customer satisfaction survey form via email from her or this hotel to express my experience at this property, which further supports my suspicions that she’s a shady person. She (Angela) stated that “...I don’t know what happened to it?...” (YEAH RIGHT Angela). In short I will and have, since this experience, continued to stay at Marriott properties, because as aforementioned I appreciate their (Marriott) service, consistency and quality as a brand. However, I will never ever patronize this property ever again. Oh yeah I did say it was a great hotel and a great location! BUT PLEASE BEWARE OF ANGELA CARTER!!!!!

Front desk folks gave excellent service. Not so much with the rooms. Bathroom scuzzy, found crayons and used spoons on the floor. Unidentifiable smears on carpet. Room door filthy. Window filthy with hand and nose prints.

I would not give any stars if that were an option! In all fairness I have waited several weeks to see if they would contact me or return my calls. They didn’t so here we go! I spent part of my vacation on the phone with people trying to get it all straightened out....but it never was. Left messages for the hotel manager. She never returned them! We experienced several problems during our one night stay. The worst being no no bedding for the couch bed and not enough pillows for my family! We contacted the front desk and they told us they were OUT of pillows!!!!!! The indoor pool was Ice Cold! We could not swim. The breakfast was bad and they ran out of fruit. Ignore the sign on the door that says Satisfaction Guaranteed. It means nothing. The lady at the front desk took $10 off our stay. I told her not to bother. I have not even mentioned all of the issues (there’s more) but we should not have paid for that nights stay at all! This was my first and last experience with a Marriot brand hotel. I’ll stick with Hilton, thank you. I’m always reluctant to leave a bad review but these folks asked for it. I Don’t recommend this hotel!

This hotel is actually nice. The staff are very friendly. The only thing was finding pubic hair in the shower. I was gross out and since we only are staying for one night and everything else was fine, I didn't want to make a big stink.

NEVER AGAIN!!! We refuse to be treated so Rudely and Pay to be treated so! Upon arrival they had no proof of my 2nd nights stay even though I had the confirmation # in my pocket. No Bath for 3 days! Asked 3 times for maintenance for shower! No Blackout Curtains, shades or blinds! Only Shears facing the parking lot w/all the lights. Desk Clerks sleeping IN THE DAYTIME. Spoke w/Hotel Manager to offer to make it right before writing review, she said the hotel was "Not at Fault". So for over $115 X 2 nights, Little Sleep, No Baths, Rude Customer Service, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY ELSEWHERE!

Very nice hotel! Enjoyed our visit and will definitely be returning. Rates were reasonable, convenient location to the casino, easy access to fast food and such, amazing staff, breakfast was delish, and the room was beautiful and exceptionally clean! We were not really expecting a view being so close to everything, but we had a great view of a pond from our room. Almost forgot, the bed was extremely comfortable!

Got in late, around 1:15 am and Shelly was very nice. Got in our room and they was a dirty plate on a cabinet but the rest of the room appeared clean. Don’t know what was going on there but we got moved to another room. In the middle of the night when the A/C kicked on it sounded like a jack hammer waking all of us up (parents and 2 teenage kids). I banged on the cover of the A/C and it snapped it back into place fixing the problem. Other than those 2 hiccups everything was fine. The hotel was nice and the breakfast was good.

This was the 7th or 8th time my wife and I have had the pleasure of staying at this Marriott property. Each time we depart scratching ours heads wondering how such a nice hotel could be rated in the lowest tier of Marriott Hotels when using your reward points to pay for your stay. If anyone travels and stays at Marriott Hotels on their trips then they are almost certain to accumulate enough reward points to cover a night at this Fairfield Inn & Suites. At 7500 Marriott Reward Points per Night, this is by far the best deal for a night at a nice hotel.....especially after you factor in the hotel provides a free breakfast (better than average); the hotel is less than a mile from the Windcreek Casino; it’s less than a mile off of Interstate 65; and the staff continue to be extremely accommodating by upgrading my room to a suite almost every time we’ve stayed there even though we’ve used our reward points to pay for our room on all our stays
