The property was in a decent location. The room was spacious. The hotel staff is very unfriendly and very unconcerned about issues that we mentioned such as the windows leaking when it was pouring down rain also our luggage got wet because of the leaking window and we were not in the room when it started they also charged additional fees that we were not aware of for the animals and then when I questioned it she asked if I would like to just cancel my reservations and stay somewhere else didn’t try to explain anything. The lady basically stated since we got such a good deal through Orbitz we shouldn’t mind paying additional fees for the animals. When I tried to notify them about the window leaking the young girl at the front desk had her face and her phone and only acknowledge me after me saying ma’am ma’am several times then all she did was go around the corner and grab a stack of towels and basically told me I would need to be cleaning it up all night until it stopped that they had no maintenance on site and they would not be available till 9 o’clock the next morning.

Overall very clean and nice staff but the hotel has no pool, no breakfast, and no fitness room. If you need a place to crash comfortably they by all means but if you are looking for a place that offers the nice to haves this place is not it.

The first room was cold and the heater did not work. The elevator was noisy and cold. When we were leaving, we were not out of the room by the 11 am check out. Housekeeping knocked at 11:01 and chastised us for still being there. I explained that I was waiting for my ride and would leave soon. Within 3 minutes, the front desk called and sternly informed me that I must leave or pay for another night. She forced me to go to the lobby despite being sick. Don’t stay here.

Excellent Place, I will recommend it to my friends and colleagues

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Staff was decent and rooms were very clean. Normal modern room and having the ability to cook was nice. I will likely stay there again if in the area.

We're glad to you hear you had a good experience! It is our desire to make sure every guest has a comfortable stay; unfortunately, we're not always able to control the noise level of each guest. We are an extended stay property and often have guests that work at night. We strive to keep the property quiet at all hours to accommodate both day and night sleepers. nice but lacks amenities

You are correct that due to having fully equipped complete kitchens we do allow our guests to have their preferred meals on their best schedules rather than have a rigid breakfast schedule and only specific items. I do apologize that this was not your preferred type of stay. I also hope that the front desk mentioned that we have 24/7 access to anytime fitness just up the street. Most guests prefer the larger variety of fitness options this amenity provides as well as the unlimited hours of operation. I do hope you will stay with us again and enjoy these items. Always let us know if you need something specific and we will always do our best to provide them. We do appreciate your feedback and you being a very important part of our new property.

The front desk is always happy to move a guest if anything is not up to both their and our high standards. If you were not moved to a room with more than sufficient heat please contact me directly. As is procedure and policy, we check all rooms at check out time that do not have a late check out confirmed just to know who is here and who is not, process extensions if they are needed or refunds if they left early etc. HK does not have access to front computer systems so the desk would have been notified to contact you at that time and verify if you were needing an extension of your days or leaving shortly so they can have everything in order for you. We often have new guests arriving and do have a limited amount of time to get rooms cleaned to perfection, all linens changed and such so their room is as comfortable and clean as yours was for your stay by or before our noted check in time. Due to this taking a bit of time we have only about an hour of "wiggle room" before we really must get into the room. We of course would have been happy to get you into another suite if your stay needed extended. It does appear that your room did have a reservation and we would in fact have needed to accommodate the reservation type first. Reservations do have priority and must be honored. This stated, we do try our best to accommodate all reasonable needs and do our best to avoid any and all inconveniences for all our guest. Your business, satisfaction and comfort are very important to us.
