Very clean and noce place
We arrived and were welcomed immediately. There is a very strong scent of cigarettes from the casino in the lobby. Once we were in our room though, the smell was gone. Our room alternately was musty smelling but once the AC was going, it did improve but never went away entirely. The rest of the room/stay was great. There was a back enterance for hotel guests that took us straight to the elevator, which helped bypass the lobby smell. I visit the area and have previously stayed at the Hampton Inn in Miami. My kids have requested this location as their preferred place to stay going forward. There is not a pool on site however next door there is a pool available for use if there is not a party/activity planned. I didn't try the restaurants as they're located within the casino and I was concerned, as a non smoker, the whole place would smell so I didn't bother to even visit. All in all, the hotel is a good place to sleep when in town visiting family. I will be staying again.

One of the cleanest casino hotels we have experienced. Everyone we have encountered goes above normal friendliness. It has made for a very enjoyable trip.
Used Orbitz freebie for a room here. You can’t upgrade if you book with a third party so no suite for us. This is a nice, smaller hotel/casino. The rooms are very nice. Large floor plan and huge shower. Bed is very firm, but huge. Everything worked perfectly in the room. Little coffee pot is temperamental. A small fridge would be a nice addition, if even available for an additional fee. Maybe they do, but didn’t see it online, wasn’t offered, and didn’t ask. So many don’t that I take a small cooler anyway. Casino area is nice. It is kind of small for the size of the hotel. It was a Monday evening, and the day after Christmas, so there wasn’t much action. Probably 100 patrons. The bar closed down for over a half hour with a sign of when they’d return, and were a few late of that. Odd. And it closed altogether at midnight. Snack bar was nice with a good selection until midnight. Only 2 of the 6-8 table games were open. Understandable there. Vending machines by the ice machines. Had a good time and would definitely go back!

The room was large and comfortable, as clean as I could want it, but poorly lit. Not enough light anywhere in the room to put on makeup or do my hair. I had to wait until the sun came up and open the curtains to get enough light.
Nice and clean. Had to ask for a fridge for the room, but they got us one quickly. Only issue was during check in, was told breakfast was complimentary, it wasn’t but that’s not a deal breaker for me. Would recommend without any hesitation.
I did not like that there was no pool. I liked the hotel staff. They were available whenever we needed them The casino staff were constantly cleaning the machines which I liked.
Smallish, basic casino with a good hotel. The casino is quieter and less smoky than most. Hotel room was big, clean, and comfortable. Bed was very good. Not much else in the area, but a good location if you are planning to fish the Twin Bridges area.

The staff was so friendly and the room and casino were very clean! The food at both the deli and restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. It was a great weekend getaway and will definitely return!
