Dislikes- Gun shot in the window, smell of sewer in the lobby, no conditioner supplied, shower didn’t drain and held water, lack of parking for trailer. Girl at front desk was oblivious to the fact I stood at the front desk directly in front of her for about a minute and she still never noticed me, I finally had to speak up to gain her attention as she zoned out at the counter lost in another world. The room wasn’t to bad and was clean so I guess we had one good thing to say about the stay. The little lady walking around maybe house keeping was very nice and friendly. Other than that I wouldn’t return for 90$ ever again when the Hampton across the street is $108 and may I say 10 times better.

Breakfast was very minimal. Coffee cups were were really small.

One of my worst experience in my life that i had encountered at this hotel the sheets were never changed by the housekeeping i can clearly see hairs on it TV didn't work and the water kept running in toilet also they put me near the exit door whole night people walking in and out and slamming door cant sleep later i heard that they have lots of issues with guest and desk clerks fix issues officially i can say its poorly managed under inexperienced management or ownership i don't recommend this place to my worst enemy

Not enough storage in the bathroom, electrical power low. Pool badly stained, hot tub was closed

Hotel stay was fine. Fairly well kept and clean. Facility decor is antiquated.

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. However, the hotel itself is a bit tired and dated, and could use a makeover. While the hotel has only two floors, the hotel has no elevator.

As stated above cleanliness, & amenities were ok, however the room was to small. 1st day breakfast was unacceptable, they ran out of food too early. 2nd day was better. There are no restaurant's with in 20+ miles nor other type services such as drug stores, convenient stores etc.. Hallways smelled of smoke. Location is bad see above notes.

arrived after a 15 hour drive to find a room with a broken lock, the double lock over the dead bolt. reported to front desk and got an "Oh!" Too tired to move. Woke up in morning to find dead bugs in room and cereal under desk. Again reported to front desk and was told owner would be in later in the day to address. Of course after we left. Never received anything for it or even an apology.

Arrived tired after 14 hour drive to find a busted lock on door. Complained to hotel staff and they said "Oh." Too tired to fight. Woke up to take shower with bugs in bathroom. Pulled out desk chair to check email and found cereal on floor. Complained to desk staff upon check out and got "no one is here that can do anything with your bill." She said she would report it for all the good that will do me.

I've stayed in Microtel Inns before and had very positive experiences. This one was not so good. I had been driving a number of hours and had items that needed to be refrigerated, and when I got to the room, the fridge was not even plugged in. When I called the front desk to ask about the highest setting to make it cold as fast as possible, they were not even sure. Then the main reason I booked the hotel was the indoor pool. There was NO way it was heated. It was too cold to even get all the way in, and it was pretty dirty too. Pretty disappointed in my stay and won't stay there again.

This place is just okay..clean room, nice staff. Only complaint is I could not access wifi and the phone in the room did not work. If u r looking to stay a wuick night at a ok priced place this is a good place to go

Yes our coffee cups are 8 oz. But we have scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy. As well as the usual, yogurt, bagles, muffins, hot and cold cereal.
