Small rooms, but well appointed. Allow pets, yet room smelled fresh and was clean.

Hotel stay was fine. Fairly well kept and clean. Facility decor is antiquated.

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. However, the hotel itself is a bit tired and dated, and could use a makeover. While the hotel has only two floors, the hotel has no elevator.

We had a great stay at Microtel in Miami, OK. The hotel pool and hot tub was a big hit with our kids and was a decent size. We required a handicap room, but since the original room was under repair, we were given another handicap room, but it only had one bed - the hotel staff came up with a creative solution giving us an adjoining room with 2 beds at no charge. The solution worked beautifully. Breakfast was fantastic - included a lot of choices including biscuits/gravy and waffles! The only complaint was that the temperature control was off and we absolutely roasted at 62 degrees, but froze if we turned it off.

As stated above cleanliness, & amenities were ok, however the room was to small. 1st day breakfast was unacceptable, they ran out of food too early. 2nd day was better. There are no restaurant's with in 20+ miles nor other type services such as drug stores, convenient stores etc.. Hallways smelled of smoke. Location is bad see above notes.

arrived after a 15 hour drive to find a room with a broken lock, the double lock over the dead bolt. reported to front desk and got an "Oh!" Too tired to move. Woke up in morning to find dead bugs in room and cereal under desk. Again reported to front desk and was told owner would be in later in the day to address. Of course after we left. Never received anything for it or even an apology.

Arrived tired after 14 hour drive to find a busted lock on door. Complained to hotel staff and they said "Oh." Too tired to fight. Woke up to take shower with bugs in bathroom. Pulled out desk chair to check email and found cereal on floor. Complained to desk staff upon check out and got "no one is here that can do anything with your bill." She said she would report it for all the good that will do me.

The staff was polite. Breakfast was adequate for the price. Room was small but still a great value.

I've stayed in Microtel Inns before and had very positive experiences. This one was not so good. I had been driving a number of hours and had items that needed to be refrigerated, and when I got to the room, the fridge was not even plugged in. When I called the front desk to ask about the highest setting to make it cold as fast as possible, they were not even sure. Then the main reason I booked the hotel was the indoor pool. There was NO way it was heated. It was too cold to even get all the way in, and it was pretty dirty too. Pretty disappointed in my stay and won't stay there again.

This place is just okay..clean room, nice staff. Only complaint is I could not access wifi and the phone in the room did not work. If u r looking to stay a wuick night at a ok priced place this is a good place to go

Very positive. Clean, comfortable room. Small but comfortable. Well suited to our needs. Glitches: they had us booked for a handicapped-accessible room, which we did not need, and the desk personnel had some computer problems in making the change in the system. They did, however, accommodate us in a "regular" room, apparently by bypassing the computer. It worked out well. No elevator. Not a problem for us, but if stairs are an issue, be sure to specify "ground floor." (Staff offered to carry our luggage upstairs.)

This was a very small room but the most quiet place I have ever stayed. I stayed at a Hampton Inn the night before in Albuquerque, NM and got very little sleep. The room there was beautiful and large but so darn noisy... I hardly slept a wink and I had driven 750 miles and was exhausted. The same scenario the next day as when I checked in at the Microtel and I slept like a hibernating bear... and paid about $45 dollars less!!!

pool was cool and nice after being in 105 degree weather. We have stayed here once a year for the last 5 years

The trip scared me since the motel (Microtel) has a non refundable policy. What if an emergency came up ? I do not make a reservation unless I expect to keep it.

great stay

Very friendly staff and a really nice hot breakfast.

Small but clean room. Friendly staff. What was most important to me is that they are a pet-friendly establishment and there was no hassle in traveling with my dog. Good value for the money and would recommend to others.

Great location for what we wanted to do, paddlefish at Grand Lake.

I ran across a couple of poor reviews after booking this hotel, and was a little concerned about our visit. Fortunately, we had no problems. The room was a nice size, the window seat was a great surprise, and overall was very clean. This was a great stay for the price we paid at this hotel.

This hotel was very accomodating for pets. Additionally, the pool and spa were very nice. Very quite town, good if you like casinos.
