The staff was accommodating. The rooms were less than acceptable for the price you pay for a respectable room. I had to move rooms and the room conditions for the price were way less than acceptable. I don’t travel or treat myself much but this was definitely a let down sadly.
We have stayed at this hotel before several times with our 8lb. Dog and we’re SURPRISED that we had to pay an additional $12.00 a day for parking and $75.00 for our pet which we never paid before. We also paid extra for a non smoking room only to find the room we got smelled excessively like a cat box. Facility was not as clean as had been in past especially the elevators and dining floor area. Your feet stuck to the floor.
The breakfast was amazing. Everything was fresh and hot. The rooms were spacious and clean. However the bed dipped in the middle and was a spring bed.
It was very comfortable and quiet. The free happy hour and the breakfast buffet was very good.
The cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory. Sticky substance under the ledge of table and door knob sticky. When making hid-a-bed found candy which appeared to be M&Ms or skittles behind couch.
I absolutely loved it. Super clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Great value
No free WIFI or free parking. The front office was impossible to get ahold of.
I loved the indoor pool/hot tub and happy hour. The staff was friendly. Breakfast food was mediocre but not awful.
