Free breakfast. Great lobby and staff. The shower inside our room looked very unclean and that the hotel was more a motel that had been around for years as opposed to just 1.

Like- the property is brand new and just opened. Really quiet and good price. The property is family owned and they were nice. Dislike- it takes a long time for the water to get hot. The shower wasn't that clean to be a new property.

Our room was HORRIBLE. Walked in & saw 2 bags full of 2 day old fast food trash, used soap & clumps of hair in the shower & the room smelled like someone had been cooking curry in there non stop. We had a suite w/stove, fridge, microwave that someone DEFINITELY could’ve done some serious cooking in. It was nauseating. Told the staff & all they did was say sorry and brought us room spray to “use a few times” then wanted it back right then. We went out a few hours later & I guess they went up and tried to clean, the lady told me she smelled it too & it was horrible & she “tried using freshener but it didn’t do much” they offered another room but there wasn’t another king suite, we declined because it was clear they were going to make no effort to refund so we didn’t want a room less than we paid w/o comp for the difference. Staff seemed to have “I got caught” remorse. They weren’t rude they just didn’t do shit to fix the issue & looked at a loss with what to do. One told to me we weren’t the only ones to complain tonight & indicated they were aware they were having issues w/their cleaning staff. We got a chance to see them & they looked very odd randomly walking around in & out of rooms with what looked like extra housekeeping stuff. They didn’t look like they knew/cared what they were doing, had a kid with them, & looked sloppy like they just rolled out of bed. I want a follow-up from someone & I honestly think this warrants serious consideration for a refund. I have pictures.

Very disappointed. The Room was unclean. The bedding had hair. The walls, curtains, floor shower all dirty. The Manager came to change the sheets however with no apology. Barely had toilet paper on the toilet paper holder. The service was horrible. Once we complained the Front Desk Clerk did not want to speak or answer any questions. Worst experience we ever had from a Hotel. Definitely wasn't worth the money and will not be using this service again.

I like the close proximity to Choctaw and on demand shuttle service. It was actually better than having to park at the casino. The staff was courteous and the rooms where modern, clean and spacious. Lobby has 60/70s décor and the hallways were bright and light, etc.. I would book again.

The room was fantastic and the staff is professional and accommodating.

While the property was nice and updated with a modern twist, everything was overlooked from a few things that happened on our stay. The receptionists kid was swinging in the egg chair and the whole time I was trying to check in she had to keep telling him “stop, you’re going to break the chair”. The most disappointing was the breakfast. I walked down 10 minutes ‘til 9 (thank goodness) to find there was nothing left for breakfast. My mom came down right after me and started to make a waffle...well it had been unplugged because breakfast ended AT 9!!!!! All the receptionist that was shutting it down could say is “sorry, it’s my job to shut down at 9”. That is insane. I have stayed at competitor hotels for way less cost and breakfast is always open until 10. We weren’t the only hotel guests that came down upset to find that the breakfast bar had been shut down. We sat there and drank our coffee to watch multiple families come down to find breakfast closed. Management needs to fix this. Your going to lose ALOT of guests coming back to your hotel. On top of that....there was a “cop stop” on the road leading from the casino to the hotel. Five cops with cones on the road pulling people over for no reason! I’m sure they were checking for DWI drivers, but I can’t believe they are pulling over EVERY car that comes down that road leading to the hotel. Don’t stay here. Not worth all the trouble and $$$$. You can get a better hotel with nicer amenities for less $$.

Customer service more friendliness didn't let us know about wifi password didn't let us know what time was breakfast. Usually other hotels are more welcoming and informative. Cleaning lady says breakfast usually shuts at 930 but it was 910 and it was close.

PROS: It’s clean. Free internet. DirectTV. Room is big and modern. Cons: Could use some more parking. Can’t close the curtains in my room to block out the light.

Just one thing - The romanatic sweet should always have a microwave there was nothing

The idea behind this hotel is beautiful, but im not satisfied with this visit. This is a fairly new hotel. The first time I stayed here the price was good, but the housekeeping was horrible. So this visit I noticed the price was higher because they now serve breakfast. Well that was basically a joke. For $20 extra you get Activia yogurt, old bananas,bread, or waffles that have watery batter so they do not cook properly. Unfortunately this hotel is a beautiful disaster, and now that breakfast has been added its not worth the price.

Very quiet, clean rooms, no hassle check in, fantastic rate. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back again soon!!!

You can tell they just finished building, as there are a lot of finishing touches that haven't been done yet. For instance, we had a TV mount in the bathroom, but no TV. Cords hanging down from the main TV. Microwave & stove but no refrigerator (coming soon maybe?). With all that said, it was much less than staying at Choctaw and there's a free shuttle (run by Choctaw - call them for a pick up). I had read someone post a review about train noise, so we got a room on the 3rd floor, back side of the hotel. Didn't hear a thing all night. Overall, would definitely stay here again.
