Husband has the same complaint and he gets off work early enough that breakfast should just be starting. Other than that we are pleased.
The only draw back was that the associate who checked us in wrote the wrong room number down,. When the key would not work, we went back to the desk and they re-keyed it. We went back to the room and walked in on another guest. EMBARASSING! :-(
Very friendly staff; clean room. Always a good deal to get breakfast.
I'm writing this a little late, but wanted to give kudos where they're due. We were traveling to see a sick relative and got stuck in winter weather. We booked our room online without any problems as soon as we realized we wouldn't be going home. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and very responsive to our needs. The hotel bar staff were friendly, and the free breakfast the next morning was very good. The only negative was that the indoor pool was not heated, which made for more of a polar bear experience. All in all, though, it was a nice stay.
