I didn’t realize that hotels still had smoking rooms and I was unfortunately given one of the 4 rooms they had. I stayed there the first night of 3 and just thought it was the products they used to clean the room that I was smelling. The next morning I smelled my clothes and knew it was smoke. I asked the front desk if they had smoking rooms and she confirmed that I was in one but they were full and couldn’t move me. I didn’t address moving again for the final night but I’m certain they would have moved me if rooms were available. I went to Walgreens and bought Fabreeze and an air freshener but that was just a bandaid. Seems like you my neighbors were smoking and that’s what I could smell. I toughed it out for the 3 nights and overall the hotel is nice. Just glad I mainly spent my sleeping hours in the room.
Check in was easy and great! Staff was awesome! Only problem was the day after we checked in I was charged for 3 rooms instead of one! But the gentleman behind the counter took care of it in a timely and professional manner
They were cheerful and helpful. The breakfast staff was aware of the needs of the patrons.
Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was very good. We will stay again if we are in the area.
everything was very nice clean, and comfortable, great breakfast
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and very clean rooms. Internet worked well and there were lots of power outlets. Overall, very pleased with my stay.
Excellent, big rooms with comfy beds, staff who work hard to please, breakfast better than most, offered cheese omelets and ham one morning, scrambled eggs and potatoes the next.
