Lovely condo in the Sanctuary

Newly-renovated bright and airy first floor condo with laminate wood flooring throughout, except the tiled kitchen. Tiled and 4-season lanai overlooks a wooded preserve. The master suite has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom contains two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The community pool is heated to 87 degrees, and there is usually a pool aerobics class in the mornings. Just minutes away from beaches, golf courses, world-class fishing in Boca Grande, and wonderful restaurants. 30-day minimum rental. December and January of 2019 available. Already booked for February through April.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
