We checked in and went to the room, but immediately had trouble breathing due to a very strong chemical smell. It was the kind of room where you don't want to touch anything.

Owners are nice and accommodating. Hotel is in dire need of repairs, updating. Did not see bugs or rodents, which surprised us. Trashy outside.

went through 3 rooms before we found one that was even remotely acceptable. between flys, smells,no a.c., etc i promise this will be one of the worst stays in your life the pool isnt open terrible communication with front desk i woulda rated it a 0 on most categories if it was available.

This is a horrible hotel, management was rude and the smoke detectors were removed from the rooms which smelled of smoke.

Food in and on top of fridge, door lock broken, possible blood on lightswitch, smelled bad. Immediately asked for a refund and refused to stay. Man at desk was very unpleasant and it took many phone calls between booking company and the hotel Manager before I was refunded. I had to threaten to return to the hotel in person before my money was returned.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Don't believe the pictures posted showing that it is nice. It's NOT. The room smelled like no one had set foot in there for the past 2 decades. There was a wasp on the ceiling and a dead one in the toilet. There were cobwebs everywhere...lots of brown "spatters" on the bathroom door and some spots looked like blood. Toilet was dirty as were the sink faucets. The shower head needed some serious cleaning and the shower curtain had MOLD on it. There we no towels in the room and we had to ask for more than 2 (we were not about to set foot in the bathroom without a protective cover). The air unit emitted an odor that was unmistakeably MOLDY. The parking lot had the weirdest setup I've ever seen...you could barely park or back out of your space without risk of hitting another parked car. Would have checked out of there if not for the other local hotels being fully booked for the whole weekend due to a huge local festival. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!

Room was dirty. sheets and pillow cases were stained, shower nozzle didn't work right. shower curtain was too long and at least 6 inches laid in the tub bottom and was dirty. whole facility was run down with weekly or monthly (permanate) people standing around and pulling up chairs all over, noisy, A bulldozer to the place would be a better use of the property. A total waste of my money. Oh and their rates $54.00 was cheaper than you discounted rate. That's the price he gave me before he understood that I had a reservation through you.

The hotel picture shown must have been from another hotel because it was not taken at this hotel. We would have left except there were no other places to stay within an hour of Bardstown because of the festival. The upper third of the bathroom walls were covered in mold. Mold was also found on the old mini-fridge built inside the TV cabinet. It makes me shudder to think how unclean the bedding was if the mold in the room was that bad. We used car blankets and our own pillows to avoid the bedding. The draperies were broken. A lampshade was broken. The room did not even have a number on the door as it was broken. The staff in the office did not have a computer. They used a notebook, a pen, and a stack of papers to do reservations.

A rating of not good is an understatement when considering my stay here. Our stay began with us being handed our room keys through a window, not at a desk, which was the first sign of things to come. Our room had stains and marks all around. The smoke detector was hanging detached from the ceiling. The WiFi, which they so clearly and proudly advertised, didn't work. They locked us out of our room with our belongings still in it and forced us to pay extra for having "extra people", an accusation which they refused to justify. The one available towel in the room had a stain on it, forcing us to go out and buy our own towels. And this was all after we had to change rooms because the first one we were given had not been cleaned. I understand that the price was cheap and the location was decent, but it was not worth all of the hassle and filth.

The rooms where clean, hotel was well maintained, staff seemed to cater to your needs.

comfortable bed clean shower and good tv stations to watch

Our stay at this hotel was the worst I have ever experienced. The room was not very clean, there was a loud buzzing sound that they could or would not fix from the hot water heater behind the wall in the bathroom and there was a lot of noise that went uncorrected the entire stay. That alone I could have lived with for the reasonable price of the room. What I took great offense to was the fact that 2 hours before checkout, the "assistant manager / desk attendant / manager's father" came busting through our door without knocking, to the point that the security chain was pulled out of the door facing. I was standing in the bathroom door about to get into the shower (obviously not wearing clothes to get into the shower) when my husband yelled at him to stop. I immediately called the front desk to report what had happened, only to find that I was being yelled at in a thick Indian accent and told that it was my fault because my car wasn't parked in front of the door. Apparently there is a rule at this establishment that you must park directly in front of your door in order to avoid being cursed at. We had parked our car less than 50 feet away in the hotel parking lot because there was no room any closer when we arrived the night before. After my cursing on the phone, he hung up on me. I called back several times and still don't know what all he said but it was very loud and angry. My husband, in the meantime, had walked to the office to ask for the manager and was refused access to the manager. While he was gone, I stayed in the room and called the local police to take a report due to the behavior of the staff. Once the officer arrived we learned that the man's daughter was the manager and she was none too helpful as well. After all of that, no discounts, refunds or even an appology was offered to us. We will not be staying there again and may forego Days Inn altogether.

The place was so filthy and unkept that we didn't even stay. They charged us for one night but there was no way that we were going to stay there. There was mold behind the toilet, bed looked like it had been slept in and the room was just over all dirty.

room hadnt been dusted ,couldnt understand the clerk, couldnt fing the hotel it was dark when we arrived the sign wasnt lit very well and had flowers growing blocking out what illumination there was..noisey with what looked like full time tennants.toys laying in the walkway on the second floor no alarm clock air condition didnt work well and noisey.

We arrived at 5:00 P> M> and the room was not ready. We have to wait 30 more minutes. Room was not spotless and the breakfast area was not perfectly clean either.

Maybe the worst hotel stay ever. Not very clean. Grass had not been mowed for weeks. Seemed the sidewalks/entrance areas had not been swepts as sugar packets and dental floss had to be stepped over as you enter your room. Breakfast - gross. Everything dirty, packets of jam hard/moldy and man behind the desk snorting through his nose constantly. Also a bit gross the the large family running the place hang out in/live in a few of the rooms with the doors open and the cleaning cart is a grocery cart with some linens thrown in it. Go elsewere... should not even be a Days Inn!

I stayed two nights with my wife and doughter. Location was convinient to go "Foster the musical" and "Joseph!!" and quiet. I was happy with refregirator and micro wave. When I talk my wireless internet connection problem, orner help me to connect office cable by him self. I and my wife talk with him for a while about his life and Birds town.

We went to a winery dinner and show at SpringHill Winery. Great time and close to hotel

easy check in.

Would stay again anytime, very nice arrangement.
