Like...Good location. Do not like....room not ready. Missing comforter. Smell in room.

Receptionists were okay. Coffee maker was broken, when asked the staff he said "yeah I know" One of the doors close to my room wouldn't lock at night. Had popcorn behind my bed and underneath, happened to notice looking for a shoe. Coffemaker in bedroom had mold, same as the bathroom curtain. Bed was comfortable, AC worked just fine.

Room was nice and clean. The beds were comfy. Elevator definitely needs to be updated.

I had no clock or closet in my room, I asked for a clock - it never came. The refrigerator didn't work (could potentially cause someone food poisoning). The "breakfast included" was merely a continental breakfast with scrambled eggs included. While the front desk is supposed to be staffed 24/7, it takes about 10 rings before anyone answers at night. What I did like about this hotel is that there were plenty of places to go by foot (if one's without a car), it was quiet, and the window had a blackout shade to keep the room dark when necessary. The staff (while they did not respond at all to requests or maintenance) were super friendly. I suspect their staffing is minimal, as so many places are right now.

Lo que más me gustó fue qué está muy bien ubicado.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was good. For traveling alone and being a female I didn't feel it was safe. The outside doors were never locked but yet I had to keep going to front desk and find someone because my room key rarely worked.

Check in was at 3. We didn’t get a room until 5:30. Rep stated rooms weren’t clean. Pool was disgusting. Green pool, rep said it was cleaned in the morning. Did not let my kids swim in it. Pool is really small. If you are going for the pool skip this place. Room was clean and nice.

During the busy memorial weekend, the food for complimentary breakfast ran out. “We only have coffee left” What about your outdoor pool? “Sorry it has been down for 2 days”

Friendly staff but building is old and worn and the breakfast is a joke. My door lock was acting up and it would unlock maybe once in 15 tries.

I liked this hotel a lot. It was modern and clean. My room was ready when I arrived. My check in process went smoothly. The room was clean, no bugs, I got a non smoking room and it was a smoke free room, no bad smells. Bathroom was clean. The only cons were that the walls were kinda thin, I could hear people in the other room. There was also a dip in my floor, it was the sub floor. And sometimes the room or floor would shake when someone else closed a door. Maybe this was just my room with this issue I don't know. I didn't feel like the floor was going to collapse but I'm thinking it was just this room on the 2nd floor. I would stay again but probably on the first or 3rd floor next time.

Great location, easy access to West EP and Las Cruces. Recently redone, in good shape, everything worked. But, too many big trucks parked there, hauling cars and loads. Difficult parking. No parking security.

Clean , on Budget easy access , close to shopping centers

Staff were great. Pool looked greenish. A patio area should still be set up even with this social distancing. I think that in fairness to the customer during this strange time, rates should be adjusted because of the lack of the breakfast. Or, offer bag breakfasts. The customer on check in could indicate their choices.

The staff in the service that they provide is always top quality the price of the units or moderate and within my budget is a disabled veteran they always go out of their way to take care of each and every customer. What I don't like about the places that I can't stay longer and actually spend time to enjoy myself when I am there on business.

The property is nice and I would definitely stay again....
