Front service was not pleasant! I have a 6 years old with me and a 9 years old. he charge me $10.00 dollars extra because we wore 3 adults and 2 small childrens. We check in at 10:30 pm it was late all ready and we wore tired so I didn’t want to make a complain!
Hotel employees were very professional and made my hotel stay very comfortable. It was run like a tight ship with everything working properly. The room was very clean. I would suggest this hotel to everyone who travels their way. Way to go Best Western.

Your reservation came is as two adult and two children, But when you checked in you had three adult and two children. There was no extra charge for two adult and two children, but there was a charge for third adult in your party. When you made reservation, it clearly indicates that there will be extra charge if there is extra person. Front desk has to follow the reservation policy and that is exactly what the front desk person did.
