Sterling Sands 209 is a Gulf Front condo located right in the heart of Destin! This 2BR/2BA condo sleeps 6 guests and has unbeatable, wall to wall Beach Views in the living room and master bedroom! There’s a fully equipped kitchen, mini bar, dining table for 6, and barstools for extra seating at the breakfast bar. The master suite has a king bed, wall-mounted flat screen TV, balcony access, and a private bath with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. There’s also a guest room with a queen bed and twin bunk bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. When you’re not catching sun on the beach, splash around in the community pool or explore all the amazing amenities at Sterling Sands! Have a vacation to remember at Sterling Sands 209!

Wonderful stay, only wished it was longer. The beach was amazing, the water was perfect for swimming and the pool was very clean and great for morning swimming. The location was wonderful and the staff at Real Joy Vacations were excellent at communicating with us. Will love to go back.

The condominium was very nice, clean and nicely furnished. We all enjoyed the stay and liked the convenience of location and the beach view.The only suggestion is that the unit needs some minor repairs, maintenance and cosmetic issues. Some of the baseboards were in need of repair, the toilet seat in the second bathroom was loose and also missing the cap on the bolt (right side). The screen on the main sliding door was off and standing on the patio, the sliding door in the master bedroom had no lock. Please understand, I am not complaining but hopefully providing constructive information.

Condo was conveniently located, Real Joy rental agency was easy to work with, staff was friendly. Condo could have been cleaned a little better. Washing machine only accommodate a max of 3 towels at a time. Kitchen could be better equipped. All that being said, we enjoyed speeding time at the beach with our family

Great condo for our family vacation.

Spectacular views of the beach and sounds of the ocean every morning when you wake up and look out the balcony. The condo is right on the beach and the pool was perfect for the kids. All restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions were right on Highway 98 so we never had to travel far. Real Joy Vacations kept in contact from booking, to check in and check out. They answered any and all questions I had. They also have a great Guest Portal to help you navigate your stay.

Great condo with a rough start

The property was very nice. We enjoyed our stay after we got our parking pass and beach/pool code. We prepaid as directed in order to have the parking and pool codes since we knew we might be running late and the office closed at 4 on Sunday. I texted to be sure it would be available to us and received a message that no, it wouldn’t be, but we that was great because we could pick it up tomorrow. I then called the condos and was told, of course it would be available to us. There was even a sign on the door that it should be in our condo. It was not. My advice would be to get there before the office closes even though you can’t check in until 4pm or you could lose a whole afternoon of enjoying the whole reason you come to the beach-the ocean!

We were not advised of the additional cost for wristbands and parking until a week if that till our vacation was to start.Which I feel was ridiculous. Also, it appeared that there were chairs and umbrellas available with the condo, but we were not given that perk, as we have in every other condo we have stayed in over the last 3-4 years. The fee for the chairs and umbrellas were like $80.00 a day which would of cost us $240.00 additional and the fact that you can’t use your own umbrellas is insane.
