The Space:

SunDestin Beach Resort sits directly on the shores of the Emerald Coast. The Scenic Stays team is available 24/7 at the front desk and looks forward to welcoming you! SunDestin amenities include a newly renovated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, newly renovated onsite restaurant, outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally), and much more.



Upon entering SunDestin 1608, you'll see the bedroom and a hall bunk. At the end of the hall you'll find a completely renovated, fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals. A breakfast bar has seating for four and a small table has seating for two to enjoy coffee in the mornings. An open dining and living room offer sweeping views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico below. The living area has decor bringing the outside in and is a great place to gather to enjoy the complimentary DVD rentals that come with your stay. Step out on the balcony and find ample seating to take in the best views of the sunset.



Refresh every night in the comfortable king bed located in the master bedroom, while the kids relax in the twin bunk beds nestled in the hallway or the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. This one-bedroom condo has a full bath and a half bath to accommodate everyone.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Place was clean. Fit my needs. Was told the pool would be closed but not told the hot tub in gym and the steam room were both also not available. Also anyone reading this it would be nice to know ont line the coffee pot in room is not a Keurig. And coffee down stairs in shop is very expensive. But couldn’t beat the location or the view from our lovely balcony. Furniture was all good. Table top on balcony was newer and nice. I would come back. It was hard to leave. Girls at desk were very friendly.

Enjoyed our stay at the SunDestin Resort. Conveniently located and ample parking. Staff friendly and helpful. The unit was nice and well maintained. Updated lobby area and gift shop are nice. Beautiful views of Gulf from balcony. Could use some new table and chairs out on balcony.

Everything was as described. Great view from the balcony. Front desk staff was very helpful and informative. Very convenient to a lot of restaurants and shops. Only thing to know is that you have to rent umbrella and chairs unless you want to place your own chairs behind several rows of rentals.
