SunDestin Unit 1409 is a cozy one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Relax and unwind in the open-concept living/dining space with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. There’s plenty of room in the fully-appointed kitchen for whipping up frozen drinks, prepping meals and serving up snacks. Enjoy time together at the dining table or in the living room with a flat-screen TV and seating for all! Gather on the balcony and enjoy morning coffee with the sunrise or perhaps cocktails with the sunset is more your thing. Settle in for the night on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat screen television, en suite bathroom, and stackable washer/dryer for added convenience.

This was our first visit to the Destin Florida area and we were not familiar with where to stay. I feel we were so fortunate to find this condo with a great ocean front view and plenty of space for two people. The beach, pools and hot tub area are well maintained and clean. We would return to this area in the future.

Overall it was great. The condo was as it was described. The check in process was easy. We were warned about parking, the building is going through renovations and parking is limited, it was fine. WiFi is awful. It was hard when we wanted to stream something.Traveling with a 4 year old we do have to return earlier, we made it though. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The views from the balcony were truly spectacular!

We were very delighted with the room. The property was in the middle of construction so there was some noise in the mornings, otherwise it was a great place to stay. Very central to lots of things.The only thing i have to complain about is the toilet off the bedroom was constantly refilling. I didnt tell the front desk, my fault, i just didnt want anyone comingbin while we were there.

Nice location but needs updating

Sofas are very uncomfortable, tv is pretty small but not a big deal. AC unit is on balcony and is very loud when it kicks on. Toilet close to the bedroom runs occasionally. The sliding doors are very hard to open and close. Kitchen has zero seasonings (we left salt and pepper lol so bring whatever you need) the pans definitely need to be replaced as everything you tried cooking stuck to the pan regardless of what was used to prevent it. The building was being revamped so constant noise during the day. The floor right outside the unit door was incredibly sticky, maintenance put out fire extinguisher outside the door to be placed in the unit but it took a lot of strength to pry it off the floor leaving a mark. Splash pad was out of order.

Not a good beach experience in front of resort!

Unit we stayed in was good. Luggage cart situation was not good. Instead of returning carts to the Lobby they have signs everywhere telling you to leave them on the floor your on? Internet was slow! If you want to sit on the beach and look at the ocean you have to sit behind the overpriced beach chairs and umbrella's everyday. They line them up all the way in front of the resort. If you like to sit on the beach and look at the water, don't go there!

Great location with beautiful views of the ocean

Everything was as described. The view is absolutely stunning! We had issues with cable signal so we streamed from my phone, this was easy to do. Be prepared to bring coffee filters and seasonings, there is nothing in the condo. Other than that the kitchen had a good supply of utensils. Check out was easy, don’t lose your room keys, there’s a $10 fee per lost key. We love this complex, the amenities were outstanding. Wet and dry saunas, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and pools. Anything you could want. Location was central and everything was relatively close. Beaches were clean and the bed was comfortable.

Overall, a great property. Great view and comfortable with easy access to the beach. Flipside; the dryer didn't work, the TV is small and the bathroom sinks were slow draining. But, in short, we would visit again.

One of the reasons we picked SunDestin was because it advertised the outside Tiki Bar. It was not opened at all during our stay. Very disappointed! The room was very nice though and all the staff was very friendly. We had a great time!
