SunDestin Beach Resort is sure to become your new home away from home, with an array of on-site amenities. This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Reach your exercise goals in the fitness room, grab a souvenir or a coffee from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a family movie night. The recently updated conference room is perfect for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally) as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).



Upon entering SunDestin unit 512, you will be welcomed with a spacious and open layout, along with coastal and relaxing décor throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is located to the right of the entrance and is adorned with granite countertops and a gorgeous tiled backsplash, along with plenty of storage space. The dining table seats up to six guests, perfect for enjoying your favorite home cooked meal as a family. Step into the spacious living room, boasting comfortable seating and a large flat-screen television, ideal for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.



This lovely two-bedroom vacation rental offers relaxing sleeping options for up to eight people with a large king bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the guest bedroom, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Incredible panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the spacious balcony, which is accessible from the master bedroom and offers seating for four. Wake up to the relaxing sound of the waves while sipping on your morning coffee or experience the sun setting over the emerald green waters in the evening.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
