Great location and clean

We had a fantastic family vacation at this beachfront condo! The location couldn't be better, providing easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The condo was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Check-in was a breeze. Traveling with our children and grandchildren, we found the condo to have everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of skillets, although a few more pots would have been helpful for cooking larger meals. One of the highlights was the excellent security. The locked gates both at the entrance and at the beach gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The only downside was the slow internet. It's unclear whether this was an issue with the condo or the property itself. Additionally, AT&T service was spotty inside the condo and even worse on the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider returning for another stay!

Great ViewPerfect lo

We had a great stay. Location was perfect. View beautiful, easy and close beach access . Pool nice and warm. Condo clean and astatically pretty. We had a few issues during our month's stay. Some were attended to quickly, others took a few days. Communication to renters when they arrived could be improved: example ice and water lines in refrig not working, instructions on how to use two remotes would be useful. Dishwasher noisy and instructions needed. Ice maker in bar also very noisy. Between ice maker and dishwasher something was singing all the time. Bed in bedroom #2 has a broken bed...needs to be replaced. Management was helpful and for the most part answered issues as best she could. Overall would rate our stay a 7 due to the numerous issues. On the positive parking is ample and easy...allowing more than 2 parking passes is needed for multiple families staying together.

Girls Trip

We had all the basics and plenty of room for 4 adults. Master bedroom shower, while massive and impressive with multipe shower heads, did have mildew/mold on the ceiling. It looked as if work had been done but did not solve the situation. Second bedroom with 2 queen beds was a tight fit without easy access to the closet. The second queen bed was butted up against the closet doors. The balcony was good, and we enjoyed the views in spite of rain and wind most of the trip. Check in and check out was simple. Overall, we enjoyed our time at this property.

Jade towers was excellent! Super clean grounds-easy access to the beach. Condo needs a few cosmetic fixes-kitchen trash can drawer needs replaced. Bottom drawer in frig is broken-beyond that our stay was excellent!

Awesome stay

This property was just as nice as the pictures. Great views of the ocean and plenty of space for everyone. The only improvement suggestion I would have would be to consider a new bed for the master. The one that is currently there is very soft and doesn't provide much support. Everything else about this property is fantastic and I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Spectacular View, Perfect Spot

Loved this place and the spectacular view of the turquoise blue water and Destin beach. It was like being on a tropical beach while never leaving the U.S. The place was beautiful and fully functional. We had a wonderful time and plan to be back soon.

It was as advertised but…

The building has roaches. We killed 5 during our 3 day stay. No blow dryer. A coffee pot but no coffee, the front door didn’t lock and the AC broke during our stay. The property manager went and bought us a blow dryer and brought it over for us even though the listing didn’t advertise one. I’m coming back the first week in December but I’m not staying at a Vacasa property.

Great location - Dirty Condo

The location was great! Condo property was FILTHY. Floors had not been mopped in a very long time, if ever! I went bare foot for just a little while and my feet were Black. So was the rag I washed feet with. (I can send pictures) Living room rug didn’t look like it had ever been vacuumed! Dust everywhere! Glass sliding doors had not been cleaned! Some of the lamps would not work. One of the chairs needs replacing - very uncomfortable! When the condo above us flushed a commode, we heard it thru the sink next to ice maker! Extra bedspread etc. in closets were just thrown in closet - nothing was folded neatly. Family (owner) pictures were in plain sight - not good! We stayed and paid for an extra night but could never get updated parking tickets or beach tickets! We called about the tickets and was assured someone would bring them right up but Never did! We loved the view from our balcony! Most unhappy the the condo. The cost was definitely much more than it should have been for what we received! Think the owner needs to know how it’s “being cleaned”! Cleaning crew need replacing!

Our week in Destin

We had a wonderful time in Destin. The condo was beautiful. Great location and loved the building/amenities. The only downside was the condo needs a really good cleaning. Bath rug/mat in the king bedroom was dirty. Floors were not clean throughout the place...needs a good mopping. Will definitely return, but the cleanliness was an issue.

Great stay, minor issues

We had an amazing time here! The check-in process was a bit confusing due to multiple emails/correspondence that had completely different procedures/lock codes, etc., but once that was addressed everything was fine. The condo was clean and spacious, however, several of the outlets in the largest bedroom were either loose or didn’t function properly. Other than that everything was great!
