I chose the hotel specific for breakfast included but when I tried to take breakfast they said was close due COVID-19 I understood but all hotel don’t serving breakfast but leave at front desk every morning a breakfast bag one for guest NONE This one , but they charged me price as normal with breakfast included !!!!! And no refund!!!

I liked that a room was avaliable. However the cleanliness was not good. When we were walikg to our room it smelt like garbage. The room was outdated, the floor wasnt clean, and the bed cover had spots that appeared it wasnt clean. I will kot stay or book with this hotel again.

It was ok to stay there if you can’t find any other better hotels. The sheets had sand and blood on one of the pillows. Floors were dirty. Staff were okay. They were not super friendly but not rude either. They didn’t have breakfast area well because of COVID 19 which o understand but at least do some discount. Hotel needs some updates and repairs. Like I said I stayed there because every other hotel was booked already.

This property is in a great location but is in dire need of renovation. Lots of long term residents. At least 8 people living in the room across the hall from our room. Breakfast was a joke. Our room was clean tho and the king size bed was very comfortable!

Lightbulbs were out in both lights. No remote to the tv. Trash behind the bedside tables. Asked for sheets and blankets for the pullout and they “didn’t have any more” nor did they try to fix it. Had to get our own from the car but don’t know what we would’ve done if we didn’t have any. Bath towels? Window was put together with duct tape.

Great place to stay / Delaney was awesome / very clean

This was a last minute hotel, so I wasn't expecting much. It was easy to book, and close to the venue of the wedding I was attending. The room was clean enough, but didn't smell wonderful. The hotel stand was incredibly kind, however they did charge me for the room after I had already paid through Orbitz. I completely understand that mistakes happen, but it was definitely an annoyance and it'll take a few days to get my money back. Overall it wouldn't be one of my top three choices, but it did just fine in a pinch.

But hotel smelled a little and my room was dirty. The whole time I was making sure my kids touched NOTHING. It was very frustrating feeling like everything was filthy. The tub was not clean. There was hair in my sheets and furniture has stains and spots all over. Would not stay again

Just disgusting. I’ve stayed at many hotels and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been too. Spend extra money and go elsewhere.

Property was nice and well kept despite needing some updates. Staff was engaged and informative. Check in and room was nice. A convenient location we desired for things close by we wished to do. We'd go back and likely will--usually for a night before family arrives and we stay in a weekly rented condo.

The room looked very clean, as did the rest of the hotel and premises. Upon a few minutes staying in the room, we quickly noticed a strong stench of urine that would not go away for the 3 days we stayed (hotel allows pets). Luckily we spent most of the days going around town to look at places to host a wedding next year, and minimal time in the actual room (although we had to get a little liquored up to fall asleep each night). Also, there was no garbage can anywhere in the room which was odd.

The hotel is located in a great area. All the stores are close bye. The customer service is very nice. I am visiting again this summer and will stay in the same hotel. The prices are fair.

Stay required a place to lie our head and the chance to meet a new grandbaby this was great After affects were unwaranted this is the only place we used our credit card and witin the month we experienced identity fraud with charges unknown???

Never again........... That room was terrible. I never sow another Extended America rooms with that bad condition
