I stay for a week and i never get a clean roon they never changed the sheets towels also for the price i never get breakfast i stay in others hotels and better service than this one really bad service..

Arriving after 8 pm during Covid meant no dining options other than pizza from a nearby bar. Otherwise, things were lovely:0)

The floors in this hotel make for noisy footsteps. I could hear my own footsteps in my room and knew exactly what time my upstairs neighbor went to bed and got up in the morning. All three dispensers in my shower were empty and I had to sit with wet hair and wait for supplies. Staff were very friendly.
Your night manager made my stay special. She was cheerful, attentive and went above and beyond.
The lobby was updated but rooms weren't. It was clean and I would recommend

This was a very nice and relaxing space. A good place to rewind after a day of soccer tournaments, it provided good food option, nice courtyard and it felt vet secluded for being so city based.

The hotel was a great place to stay away from home. We were in town for a wedding and the location for us was great. We took a few pictures at the hotel that turned out great. the family had fun. It was clean and a fun time away from home.
The location for this hotel is wonderful for your des moines needs. Lots of food choices and close enough to pretty much any event that may be in the area.
