Overpriced, old, dirty, run down.

The property was in poor condition. Our room was similar to rooms I have stayed in Lagos, Nigeria and Owerri, Nigeria. The furniture needed to be replaced. The tile floor in the bath room was sticky. The walls were scuffed and had not been repainted. I could not believe the poor condition. The facilities were not in good condition and the price was exhorbent!

Was advertised that there was a free continental breakfast included with my stay. The breakfast was just coffee. That is not breakfast. Free breakfast is a must for us in a hotel stay. It is one of the deciding factors for us.

The only negative part of our stay was the bathroom. Don’t know if the bathroom was in the middle of being updated or why there were several holes in the wall and the shower head was so low we thought it was for short people

Location was good for where I had meeting. This is my 2nd time at this property. They work hard on updating the building but still have work ahead. Lady at check-in says she has not gotten a list of clean rooms - its 2:30pm. After waiting a 5-6 minutes I was checked in to a room with door propped open and no towels. At 8pm I still had no towels so had to pick them up from the desk. The next day I saw another lady going upstairs in the late afternoon with a pile of towels a a roll of toilet paper. Bed was horrible - horrible. Got home after 2 nights there and was exhausted from no sleep.

The staff was pleasant, but the motel itself was run down. Only sheets on the beds, no blanket or bedspread. Screw holes in the walls everywhere and bathroom floors was dirty. Their breakfast was typical....waffles and yogurt, toast and fruit. The air vent above the toaster (3 feet) was covered with at least an inch of dirt. The outside of the motel was very welcoming though. I would have to say...NEVER again!

Holes in the sheets. Hairs in the sheets. Fridge made terrible sound constantly. Blind was there but didn't cover the whole window. Hallways were old and rundown. The outdoor pool was pretty much drained but was super dirty and uncovered. Staff was nice enough and breakfast was pretty good.

I understand renovations. Room lacked curtains, and when I was taking my morning shower, it was warmer out of water. For the price it wasn't terrible, but hot water would have been nice

You get what you pay for....it was unfinished with no hot water in the sink and the heater did not regulate meaning we were awaken by the 90 degree room

When we arrived we found the property to be under construction and in very poor shape! We tried to call them to see what the status of construction was because of an allergy condition and they never even answered the phone! Notified orbitz to cancel the room and they couldn't reach anyone either!

There was no hot water in our room. There was a big hole in the wall in the bathroom, the floor was dirty like they had painted and not wiped up the mess. There were no towel racks to use.

We chose this hotel because it supposedly had an accessible room. On check in, they did not have us in such a room, but were able to make the switch. The room was on the third floor, and the third floor hallway was smelly. The carpet was horribly stained and the walls damaged and patched. Inside our room, it was freezing cold. We thought a window was open, but it wasn't. The room heater put out heat from half its vents. The door closed, but there was a 1/4 inch gap between it and the frame. The ceiling looked like it might come down. There were multiple poor repairs to previous water damage. The lamps were chipped and the shades crooked. The clothing rack had been pulled from the wall, and barely put back in place. We didn't trust it with any weight. The mattress was made of foam, and you sank down 4 inches when you sat on it. The linens did not fit the bed, they were too small. They were also very thin. The bottom sheet had rust stains on it. The toilet was not clean when we arrived, with debris on the bowl, and when flushed, the toilet made very loud scream like sounds as the tank filled. The floor around the toilet was wet. The shower seat for the disabled had bent legs so bad that one was an inch off the floor. I couldn't use it. The only good thing about the bathroom, or the entire room, was the towel. This was a terrible experience and we will never stay at a Days Inn again.

Good value central location for shopping and restaurants

The staff was great very friendly. The room was ok. The air conditioning is NOT good. We had none and it was very hot the two days we stayed. they did move us to another room. But Again the air conditioning is not very good. we had to bring our fan inside to cool the room. Overall is was an ok stay.

Wait until renovations are done. The front office staff was always nice and said they are redoing rooms. Our room never should have been rented out, especially for what they charged! Towel bars were broken, toilet paper holder broken,condom wrapper between the bed and the wall, large red stain on the bed skirt, I wouldn't touch the office chair with a pole due to all the stains on it, everything in the room felt damp, carpet felt gross. It was the grossest room I've ever stayed in and IF I ever went back I'd only stay in a completely remodeled room. No discount was offered when I told the staff all of these issues and I wasn't about to fight it as I just wanted to get out of there
