Bathroom for first room wasn't cleaned. They gave me another room.
Most nasty place ever holes in bedding garbage all around the property.. hall ways smelled like weed.. then they try charging me for a room they said smelled like cigarettes we don't even smoke.. charged for a small Cheetos stain.. nerve again bad dump motel ...
i like it
I like that the property is ideally located to the Valley Junction area just off the interstate and with convenient access to downtown.
TV didnt work, very dirty hotel not only in the room but also in the hallway. No blowdryer in bath area and very few towels
1/2 hour check in process was excessive and overall customer service was slow (i.e., fix cable tv). People were nice enough, just not much hustle.
The beds were comfy, but it’s old, has a funky smell, and I went to use the hair dryer and it fell apart in my hands. It desperately needs an update and there was too much let go “because of COVID” (I viewed it as a way to cut corners). I don’t recommend this place until there is some work done…
The staff was rarely at the front desk - guests had to wait a long time after ringing the front desk for service. The room smelled sour and there were flying ants in the light fixtures and sinks. There was a sign on the front door “Requiring” all guests to wear masks, but it was not enforced. Highly disappointed in my stay there. I will not go back or recommend to a friend.
The room was dirty the curtain in the bathroom was ripped a hole in the shower only two towels and if you stay more than one night they don't come in and clean your room thumbs down
Seemed like nice staff but unfortunately the rooms were dirty. There were large stains on the bed covers, towels with brown stains, and spiders. It was relatively cheap, should be cheaper in my opinion with that level of cleanliness.
The people at the hotel front desk seemed to dislike the customers. I was chastised for trying to check out. I would not recommend for cleanliness either.
Like the pet policy, it’s cheap; room was clean; could use some maintenance/remodel; cost effective if that’s what you’re looking for, decent location, not too far off the highway, and some food around
Room was clean and quiet. Staff great. Breakfast was ok, eggs were cold, but coffee was hot
I did not use this hotel. I did not make the trip. I attempted to cancel the reservation the day before but the system failed to recognize my reservation number.
Had to use stairs. Door was very difficult to operate. Outdoor entrance would not work with keycard. Only one cup and one bath towel. Carpet was dirty. Terrible!
