It was more than expected.
The hotel and room were clean. Several things needed maintenance attention and for what we paid, I wouldn’t stay again. Pool has been closed for over 3 months, no heat in first room and after front desk clerk tried to fix with no luck we had to ask for another room (he wanted us to just wait until someone else showed up to replace the heater at 8:30pm at night when I have kids), shower did not get very warm, and pop machine on 3rd floor produced hot cans of pop. Then there was a weird issue with running our credit card saying it’s declined; it’s a debit card with a balance well over the amount of the pet fee they were running. Overall, very disappointing.
The stay at Best Western was very enjoyable.

Our stay was very pleasant. We loved the hot tub, pool, and breakfast. Our room was sufficient for our needs. We wished we were able to have adult refreshments near the pool though.
My kids had fun in the swimming pool. The staff was super friendly.
Nothing bad about our stay. It was close to the Mercy One Clinic and several great food places. One being Cracker Barrel! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. A big thanks to all of the staff!!!
Spacious room with plenty of seating: extras like real glasses, a vent guard to keep the curtains away from blowing air, sink outside of bathroom. The beds were comfortable and hallways quiet. Our family will stay here again! Our only complains were the pool hours (9 AM start), and the breakfast seating wasn't adequate.
Clean, no smoking, nice desk staff. Ran out of breakfast food before end of breakfast.
Hotel itself was great. Whoever checked us in was not very attentive. Had very pressing business on his computer, rather than checking us in. I was always taught customers come first.

Needed a hotel close to interstate access after a late night concert. It was late, but the bed was comfortable, room was clean, only thing I didn't like was the flooring was vinyl instead of carpet. I did not like getting up on a cold January morning and putting my feet on a cold floor. Also a few of the seams were starting to peel up. I understand it might up speed up cleaning the room, or up keep from spills, but just didn't like it. Otherwise the room was fine.
The hotel is clean, quiet and has newer furnishings. Nice breakfast. We stayed two nights and the first night our plan was to go sit in the hot tub and relax. We could not find the button to start hot tub so I went to front desk and asked. I was told the jets do not work and haven't since he has worked there. I stated that we would not have booked this hotel if we had known this. No other effort was made to compensate us etc. I questioned again the next day with a different staff and got the same vague and uncaring answer. He did give me the business card to the owner which I will be contacting. So don't stay here if you want to enjoy the hot tub. Didn't see anyone in pool our entire stay either.

Dear Nathan, Thanks for reviewing your stay with us. I want to apologize for any inconvenience you had during your stay. We did pick a slow time for our pool renovation, But unfortunately, we ordered some parts, which is taking a long time. All your other concerns passed to our maintenance staff. We hope you will give us another chance in the future.

Thanks Jeff, so you like our couch? Great, I though guess would enjoy sitting on it while watching TV rather then on beds and chairs. It can also become a full size sleeper sofa if you need more sleeping area. All the best in your travels and we hope to see you again soon.
