At check-in on Saturday we were told the AC was not working (summer in Iowa) and that maintenance was not available until Monday. We were also told this was the only room left - this room should have been blocked off as they sold it knowing about the issue. Very poor service.

Hotel was quiet; enjoyed the patio area. Our stay was only one night, but the room amenities were great. Would stay again for a longer time. Convenient location. Hot tub could be cleaned.

Check in was smooth and the employee was very friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The pool area and outdoor area was nice and breakfast was just okay but better than nothing.
