No breakfast options when it was advertised as included with the room

There were only two things I was upset about! One, my key card wouldn’t work in the door nearest my room. I had to go thru the front door and walk and do stairs to my room. I am 73 years old and have a bad ankle and knee. I managed, but it was hard. Two, I couldn’t find an ice machine, called the front desk, and the guy said he would get me some. But I never got it!! Otherwise the room and all were great!!

Place wasn’t bad for the price ... room was nice just small ... it was clean ...fridge and microwave in room ... workout room with up to date equipment and sauna .. walking distance to several restaurants and a gas station all literally all outside of the front door ... ...offers breakfast... no complaints

I requested one 2 bed room and one 1 bed room, but was given two 2 bed rooms and charged that rate. That was wrong

The dryer in the laundry room did not work, but the manager on duty offered to dry my clothes in the main facilities dryers. Since my sister lives in West Des Moines, it was not an issue for me. Very close to multiple restaurants that you can walk or drive too. Some things are starting to show their age, but for the money, you can probably expect that in any motel.

No one at 24 hour desk, waited 10 min before someone showed up to check me in. NO signage meant I wandered in multiple directions before finding my room. noisiest air unit and loud hall conversations kept me up. meager and unhealthy breakfast selections. and bad coffee.

We had to switch rooms twice due to not having hot water in the first two rooms. The staff was accommodating, but it was still highly inconvenient trying to find a room with hot water at 11 pm when we were ready to take a shower and go to bed. Again the staff did do what they could to help us out, it was just inconvenient.

Everyone was very friendly, and helpful the cleanliness of the room in the bathroom was less than it should be. The bathroom towels were clean, however more than 1 had long black hair from whomever was folding/laundering them, the bathtub had many curly black hairs in the bottom as well as grey film around the safety stickers in the bottom, and there was black curly hair on the toilet seat as well. Easy access to highway, easy access for meals

Close to my client for a cheap price. Everything you need for a quiet night's stay.

The red head at the front desk was very rude, disrespectful, and wouldn’t even give me a chance to ask any questions. I do have to admit after she snapped at me for even coming in before 3pm, I didn’t even want to speak or attempt to ask anything. Her demeanor was very hateful and she was certainly not dressed appropriately. I was actually surprised she was the FRONT DESK representative. Other than this incident, the rest of the hotel staff was awesome! They greeted us every chance they got with a welcoming smile. Very very genuine and sweet.

Breakfast was bad, biscuits were old and hard, gravy in a crock pot was cold. Very few choices for breakfast.
