Enjoyed the room layout.
There’s not enough lite in the room and very poor breakfast staff and my bed was soft on one side and hard on the other
Very nice property and we have stayed their before. We checked in and the front desk clerk was very pleasant. However we got our keys, went to our room, opened the door and the room was already (and presently) occupied. It was very awkward. The 2nd room worked out great!
Nice hotel
I booked this hotel because I had a very positive experience in the past. I was disappointed this time around. I stayed 3 nights and didn't get maid service on day 2 and had to ask for it for day 3. In the meantime my trash was full, the toilet paper was low and I was out of tissue. There was rarely a person at the desk; usually had to wait before someone appeared. I appreciated their mask policy but there was no enforcement. Large groups of high schoolers were roaming the halls and elevators with no masks. I decided not to try the breakfast for safety reasons. Also missing were some basic extras that one usually finds in hotels: no hand lotion, no paper/pen. Maybe these were not made available for Covid reasons?
It was a very nice property and room. The trim was clean and check in was extremely easy and they welcomed myself, my daughters, and my golden retriever with a smile. I was concerned that there was no signage requesting guests where masks while in the lobby area and hall ways. It’s a hotel, we have no idea where the guests are coming from, hotspots or not. There was a softball tournament going on and people everywhere without masks. Very unnerving. We opted out of the continental breakfast to a vapid the other guest. Probably will not stay there again during the virus when we pass back through.
It was in a good location and he nice rooms and amenities. For the price it was worth it!
The staff are excellent and friendly. The breakfast was ok, but they need to make sure sugar and cream are available all day for coffee drinker. A microwave & frig. in each room would be great.
Very clean faclity and friendly staff. Good breakfast and afternoon social hour.
Easy to find, close to everything we wanted, very clean.
Very convenient location. Very nice rooms and friendly staff.
Decent room rate. Nice linens and towels. Carpet in halls and elevator were dingy. Bathroom and closet were very small. Bath wash, shampoo and conditioner in shower were difficult to dispense because they were running low. Workers drilling and talking in the hallway at 9:30 a.m. Good coffee.
