Besides it is located next to the Copacabana beach, I personally like the cafeteria at front of the hotel facing the beach. I only notice that this hotel has this in this area.

Very polite and attentive front desk, restaurant staff, as well as maids. Specially, Renan at the front desk, Deraldo at the Top-floor bar, and Michelle the person who cleaned up our room daily. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with a large variety of fresh dishes every morning to have a great day start. The hotel location is superb at the heart of Copacabana, with an excellent front ocean view overlooking the concert arena where I was able to watch for free two of the most renowned artists of the Brazilian music, like Alsione and Jorge Aragão. Ah! and thanks of me booking through Expedia I was upgraded to a front ocean room view.

Quick check-in after our flight delayed 9 hours. Clean and comfortable room with a walk-in shower, which we prefer. Taxi from airport R110 cash, agreed in advance. Friendly and helpful staff - a big hello to Nancy at Reception. Enjoyed freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast. Like to return as a nice break from the Canadian winter.

Good Hotel, Mega Location in the Main Street of Copacabana, just in front the beach. The room is clean but old decorating. The bed is comfortable. The rooftop it amazing spot to look all over the shore. The he breakfast was good . The restaurant on the rooftop was tasty.

I booked the standard double room at this hotel due to its 92 star rating. This room (and all the others in this category) has a window to an internal space that has loud machinery working. It is impossible to block out the noise by closing the window and using ear plugs. The hotel needs to sound proof these rooms and not rent them out until the noise issue is fixed.

The entire hotel was extremely clean, and the staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The hotel upgraded our room and provided us with a later checkout which was very appreciated. When I come back to Rio, I will be sure to stay at the Arena Copacabana Hotel again!
