overall, the hotel was OK below average. It needs a lot of update. The bathtub was dirty and I asked him to come clean it and there was no room service at all on Christmas day or Christmas Eve. It wasnt very clean

We arrived an hour later than check in time and when we opened the door to the room, we saw immediately that it had not been cleaned. The staff were just a couple doors away so I told them and they went right to work on it apologized and said to come back in 20-30 minutes. We returned and the room was clean and ready. After we came back from our evening plans, the bathroom floor was covered with water. The water sprinkler was leaking….a lot! We went back down and got another room. We didn’t get upset and the staff were very responsive and helpful. The rooms were very nice and we enjoyed our stay!
