The staff was super friendly and worked with me when I arrived well before check in time for a conference. They were as helpful and friendly as any hotel staff I've ever dealt with. Kudos - especially to Nino at the front desk.

Their customer service was phenomenal! Checking in & checking out was easy. Our hotel room was super clean and the furniture was very classy looking. We had an amazing view of the mountains from our room window. They accommodated my highest level request. Over-all everything was so perfect! I recommend this hotel and we were walking distance to Denver pavilion ( shopping center & great restaurants)!

I did like the restaurant and breakfast. I didn't like that I don't have a complimentary bottle water every day

This hotel is OK, not a great. The bathrooms were remodeled except for the bathtubs that are moldy... hallways and lobby area look dingy... glad our stay was short!

It is a good hotel bit the only inconvenient is that the parking is very very expensiv and is not inclidesd for the guests or have a discount.

Paying extra to park a vehicle on the property was not completely unexpected, but it would have been nice if a an on-site parking space was included with a room.

Comfortable beds! Lots of good lighting and a comfortable place to sit to read besides the bed.

The hotel was very noisy. I was able to hear people arguing from the next room. It happens twice. The property needs to be updated. I must say that location is ok.

Smells nice in the room. Updated and the bed is nice and firm. Pillows were good but I think they’re not comfy. Staff has been great. Location is wonderful. Food tho is just ok. Right smack in the middle of downtown, should’ve just ate out instead of being lazy and ordered in.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean and updated. Paying for coffee in the morning was annoying.

Great location! Just a minute to 16th Street where you can catch the free bus, This bus will take you to Union Station where you can catch the train to the Denver Airport for only $10.50. The staff was great here. Overall this is just a great place to stay. Don't be lured into spending more on what you think will be a better hotel because this place is as nice as higher priced hotels.

Room was good. The parking expensive the amenities expensive. The walk from the parked car to the room was awkward and difficult with luggage.

Thank you for taking the time to post such generous comments about our hotel. It was terrific to hear how much you enjoyed the variety of cuisine we offer. We're quite proud of our chefs and service staff at the Lockwood Restaurant and Bar. They work so hard to prepare fresh, healthy, scrumptious meals, and room service is so convenient. We apologize for only having one bottle of water in your room during your stay. We do have specific amounts of items we put in the room and we keep track of our reviews to see where we can improve on our guest satifaction.
