Very nice staff, easy check in and great experience overall! I am very happy with our stay!

Great location, but the key fob did not work on our door, and was never fixed even though the front desk manager said it was going to be fixed the next morning.

very clean great location... wifi service was very slow

Everything was fine with my stay with the exception of the bathroom. The toilet was clogged when we got there so it made it a bit uncomfortable. The service and staff were amazing and they fixed it right away with no issues. Other than that, everything was great with this hotel!

You are charged $35 a day to parking at the hotel over night. The pool was not accessible. They fitness areas was beyond lacking. Overall, the room was fine, but there was a lot left to be desired.

We liked that it was very close to 16th Street. Easy to find almost anything in walking distance or a quick bus ride. Didn't like the self serve convenience store. Good idea, but it was expensive and credit card only.

Great location. Clean and spacious rooms. Fitness center was well-equipped. The soundproofing is quite poor. I can hear everything from the people living next door. I was disappointed that the staff was not able to accommodate our request for late check-out.

Great hotel and customer service awesome location

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and room was made up daily.

expected room with double bed, but got a single bed one. When asked for double bed, they charged @20 more!

Amazing location!!! Room and bed were great, I just wish their coffee in the lobby was free for guests. Would definitely stay again.

Sweet hotel 🏨 close by everything... redo the carpet if you can besides that great place to stay

This is a decent hotel in downtown Denver and is conveniently a block away from the 16th Street Mall so we were able to walk to find nice shops and restaurants...the room has been upgraded with new beds and decor and was fairly clean. In the bathroom you can tell the housekeeping staff is urged to rush to clean the fixtures and nothing else as there are piles of dust along baseboards and across the tops of outlets etc. The beds are new but I still found mine uncomfortable, however my travel partner liked hers so that is just personal preference. The front desk was helpful and called us a cab when we needed it. The bar stayed open until 12 on a Monday night and was fairly busy until this time following a sold-out concert at the nearby Pepsi Center. The air/heat unit ran literally all night long which would annoy some but actually helped drown out noise from the neighboring rooms and hallway. I would stay here again, in spite of the $35 parking fee.

It was great, the staff was wonderful. The restaurant downstairs was great. Excellent service, the room was very clean. The tub didn’t drain properly, which I could have called the front desk about but I was too busy having fun! Only 2 days in Denver was not enough. Kudos to the management and staff.

Decent hotel. Rooms were great. Staff was very helpful and nice in regards to questions on parking.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Good proximity to local attractions. Only downside was lack of clothing dressers, basically have to live out of suitcases. Outside of that was very good.
