Property was very clean, nice bar in the lobby.
I liked the location and the fact that there is a bar and eating area. The made to order breakfast was a big plus. The only real complaint is that there was no iron in the room. I am sure that I could have ordered one from the desk, but there wasn't enough time to do that before I had to go to the meeting.
The staff gave superior service. They were so pleasant to work with....it was a pleasure to stay at Aloft.

I’ve stayed at Alofts & W’s all over the US and it was just not a good experience...very disappointing. We checked in on Friday morning around 11:30am. We were told about a “restaurant “ we could get lunch at. It was a bar by the pool and it didn’t appear to be set up yet. We saw a bartender & asked if they were open for food..... she said yes so we sat down....she then wheeled off an ice bin while we were sitting there. We just flew in and were starving so we thought we’d go in and eat instead. We asked if we could order a drink....nope. No bartender til 4pm. . We ended up leaving for lunch. It was a great decision. Mussel Beach was wonderful! Saturday was no different. It felt like we were sent on a wild goose chase.... told we could get food at noon, then told 1 by someone else...ended up ordering food out since we were so hungry. Everything was difficult. I expected the same standards from other properties and it was not the case. I got away for the weekend to relax & enjoy friends....the entire experience while at the hotel was an inconvenience... a lot of running around with no results. Disappointing from this company to say the least.

I really enjoyed this hotel, until a week after I checked out, I was charged for two more nights which I didn’t stay and the hotels manager Vanessa has not returned phone calls or been helpful at all. Now almost one month ago I checked out and this issue is still resolved. The staff was great when I was a guest at the hotel.
