The only thing I didn't like was that they posted signs saying pool was open dusk until dawn, but then was informed the pool doesn't open until 9am on the 2nd to the last day after we had been in the pool every morning by 8am. Also had parking fees that were not mentioned until arrival.

The outside of the building could use some tlc but inside was clean and updated. Staff was attentive, polite, & helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly better than I anticipated with hot options outside of the traditional continental options. Furniture around pool was pressure washed every morning and plentiful. There are no seating options for the beach however we would definitely stay here again.

The only complaint I would have is the motorcycle parking fee. I wasn't told about the extra fee until I was checking in. I stay there a few times a year. Ive never had to pay an extra fee for parking. It's price gouging during bikeweek again.

This hotel is actually really nice in some ways and some ways not so good. The pool and stuff was great but it was really cold but it could also been the weather. It does need some TLC, especially around the pool area and the hotel itself is getting worn down. Our view from our room sucked it was a partial Ocean view but we also had a obstruction so that really didn't feel too good. Great access to the beach and the room was spacious. One of the best shower heads we've had at a hotel. The shower itself seemed to not drain well. Overall I would stay again but maybe wish for a different room. Room 209 was not the greatest when it came to view.

Staff were super friendly and take pride in their jobs. I have one suggestion. The exterior needs some sprucing (bannisters need repainting, building needs power washing, and patio areas needs some minor repairs.

Delayed check-in

We arrived early. We went to check in, and told them we knew we were early, but we wanted to ensure we got a room that we had requested. They had three hours to get the room ready before check-in. They were 20 minutes after check-in time and the room was just getting ready. We had to ask twice for our room to be ready.

We stayed here with family for nearly two weeks and overall, the location was stunning, right on the beach, which made for a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay, though one older staff member near the front desk consistently made unnecessary comments whenever we passed by after she had cleaned, which felt uncomfortable. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety, but the staff serving it seemed disengaged, as if they didn’t want to be there. The front desk experience was also disappointing, particularly the bald gentleman, who was consistently rude to guests without any apparent reason.
